The apartments here are very clean and the features are great. Hard wood floors, granite countertops, etc. the complex feels very friendly and safe.
The apartments are very nice and the common areas are pretty well maintained. They have a service team on site for anything that goes wrong, which is great. They also HAD a really great front office team when we first moved in as well. However, about 4 months prior to us moving out, the entire front office staff was changed. The new people are incompetent to put it nicely. We emailed 3 times to schedule our walkthrough to retrieve our deposit, no response. They're also supposed to notify the water company weekely on move outs and move ins, which theyve stopped doing. We reached out now 4 TIMES by email because we are still, a month after moving out, being charged for water at an apartment we don't live in. Additionally, in the latter months of our year long stay at Farragut junction there was a noticable drop in quality of living due to mismanagement. Grass looking like a safari, pool closed for weeks, and poop littered everywhere due to non-enforcement. The place is nice and it's by no means a dump, but the moveout process has been hell to put it nicely.

All great so far! We had some communication issues at first where it was a bit hard to reach the front office but other than that apartments are really nice!

I have really liked living at Farragut Junction. It's pretty quiet, the apartments are very updated and nice looking, parking is not really an issue (you may not get your preferred spot, but you will find something close), and it's a convenient location to a lot. My only complaints would be that there can be trash pile-ups on the weekends, and they need more dog poop stations (and to empty them more often). Otherwise, the management leaves you alone for the most part, which I appreciate. I will be moving because I have to for work, but if that wasn't the case, I'd definitely stay here another year.

I love the apartment and the location is great. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. It is generally quiet and peaceful but I do think that sometimes reminders need to be sent out about keeping noise down after 10pm (television noise mainly)

This apartment complex it pretty great. It has a pool, a gym, a pet park, a pavilion with chairs, and a nice indoor lobby area for hanging out. We have secure package delivery systems in place that make it easy and safe to have items delivered here. The maintence staff has been progressively less on top of managing the pet trash areas, so that has caused owners to leave their pet waste outside on the ground where it is easy to step into. There is also no grass on the back side of the complex or in front of buildings, so it makes it hard to take pets outside to use the restroom. There is mulch and big garden stones, but most dogs want grass to use the restroom on. Overall, great complex, but things are starting to fall apart a bit.
