Whitehaven is the largest neighborhood in the city of Memphis, but that’s not the only thing that makes this neighborhood popular. Whitehaven is the location of Graceland, the mansion where Elvis Presley once lived. Today, it’s a National Historic Landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, as well as a museum visited by thousands every year. This vast neighborhood is also home to Southland Mall on the corner of Elvis Presley Boulevard and Shelby Drive. It was the first enclosed mall in the region and remains a popular shopping destination for residents and tourists alike. Property Ratings at Faronia Square
These apartments are not safe at all! People are getting their back doors kicked in and robbed blind! I was just robbed!!!! Security came 2 days later literally! Security don’t do anything but sleep. My neighbor was robbed a month ago.... young lady on the end was robbed a few days ago... It’s not a gated community the gates are broke and when they attempt to fix them these ruggish folks break them again. I have been here 3 months and the office acts as if it’s not happening. Break-ins are normal for this property. Do not move here. Don’t be fooled by the model property that they show you either. Just don’t, you can ask about the crime rate they are programmed to tell you no it’s a quiet area if you have concern just call the Raines station.... Bull!!!
The Faronia Square apartments have been around for a long time. They are nestled in one of Memphis most busiest areas and it is also down the street from a National landmark, the Elvis Presley mansion!!!! I love my apartments because they are in the most convient place for me !! There are three grocery stores a block from each other and other quick stop shops and plenty of food places that surround me, which is very convient for me. I would reccomend people to come and check out what Faronia Square apartments have to offer.Trust me you won't be disappointed!!!
