I moved in during the summer and was told that they just went through a new management change. Justin and Tera have been very pleasant and helpful with providing assistance. Nothing is luxury about this complex! Never. cleaned “Resort style pool”, lack of paid for “Landscaping”, NO parking for guests, zero Customer service, always someone new at the office that doesn’t really know anything going on, miscellaneous fees charged that no one can explain but everyone is charged it, etc. please dig deep and make sure you want to live in lies before you choose this Particular complex. The level of amenities offered at Farm Haus has been unexpected and unparalleled. The staff made our move painless and they truly made us feel excited and welcomed! We really cannot say enough good things about their great service and attention to detail. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with courtesy! They made sure we had all the information we needed to get settled into our new home. Never has a transition been so easy and frankly, FUN! The smart home features are just one of our favorite parts about our new place. We can control our door locks, room temperature, and even our oven, all from smart phones. For tech enthusiasts, this was such a bonus! We love talking walks around the community with our dog and appreciate how clean and quiet everything is. Having a dog washing station and private dog park is perk we didn’t even know we wanted. We cannot wait to host a private family gathering at the Clubhouse. It’s absolutely stunning! We also work from home, so when formal meetings arise, having the option to utilize the conference room will be so helpful and convenient! Additionally, they offer Spruce. The App allows you to customize chores and housekeeping for your home and we absolutely plan on taking full advantage of it. You can request certain days, times, service durations and even choose repeat service options. Again, just another thing we didn’t even know we wanted, but are so thrilled to be able to have. This place really is amazing and we are so glad we chose to be here! 10 out of 10.

The location is great. Close to the middle school and high school. Easy access to 1604 and IH 10.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The community is amazing!! If you are wanting a place to call home this is it.
