Property Ratings at Halfmoon Heritage
I second everything the other reviewer stated. It has been a pleasure to live here for four years with my little boy. You never really know what you're going to get when moving into a new apartment but I feel grateful to have found this place. The space is beautiful, inside & out. We have rarely required maintenance but they have been prompt when needed. There's a beautiful park & playground across the street. It has always felt safe, like a haven, a home. The staff is caring & respectful & works with you as much as possible if issues arise. And maybe most importantly, the neighbors are amazing- something you cannot pay for or predict. I am thankful to have spent the past four years here raising my little guy & would absolutely choose it again. Thank you. Katie & Jamie
We have had the honor's of living in Falcon Trace now for 2 years and it's been nothing but pleasant. We lived in our prior location for 20 yrs so we are not appartment jumpers. The floor plans of the apt's are very convenient and smart. The garage's are not small by any means. Maintenance is not only prompt with your requests but also extremely polite. Snow removal ! Thats something you have got to see. The roads are kept clean, wide and snow banks to a minimum and it doesn't take all day for them to clean them either. Your walkways are shoveled and salted promplty. It's like an army of ants appear and as fast as that happens, they are gone. The Office staff is knowledgeable and very polite. During the summer they have a great company that takes care of the grounds. There are kids here but they watched and supervised by their parents. They do allow cats but no dogs which is very nice. You never have to worry about where you walk or a dog barking at you or getting lose. If you want an appartment complex, look else where. If you want a home with neighbors and an owner who cares, consider Falcon Trace. Hope & William
