Its a nice quiet place near a shopping center. The staff is nice and friendly. The rent price is a little high compared to other places. The apartments are newly renovated and very warm to leave in.

We've been residents here for almost twenty years. The current management have made improvements to the property. We love the new backyards, the new basketball court, and the gym. The onsite staff are very helpful. The billing process could be improved, we have our own rental insurance coverage, but the portal does not have a way to prove that, so we keep getting billed for rental insurance, and the onsite staff has to credit us each month.

We have enjoyed living here for 20 years and have seen many changes and improvements. We are enjoying the new fenced in back yard and our 9 year old loves playing with friends on the basketball court.

Moving in was a rough process because there is no way to call the leasing office. The units are gorgeous but the walls are very thin. Overall nice area but a few little things here and there

Keyless entry was very convenient, no sight of trash or any littering outside, hardwood floor on living space is nice. In unit washer and dryer and dish washer makes life much easier! You also get a welcome gift from leasing team.

I want to say i have been happy with all the staff. But Especially Cyomonne she has gone above and beyond to help me with some hiccups that needed to be fixed. Living here i have always felt safe and respected. I hope to see the same management around for years to come. As we have had a lot come and go through since i started living here 3 years ago. It has been a wonderful experience moving in. Everything went so smoothly and was such an easy moving in process. I would send questions to the text line anytime of day and they got back to me ASAP. If I messaged after hours, someone would get back to me as soon as they were in the next morning. Our place is newly renovated and so beautiful.

Really disappointed with the system and management here. This month I was sent a statement with $74 more with no explanation what is it cost for? Just "forward balance" When I asked, the answer is my pending deposit have not paid while I already paid full before move in with all evidence and confirmation email. After checking with person in charge, explanation was assume that there was a mistake from previous staff and now they have been audited and found out the mistake and charge to my rent. Ridiculous. I have sent an email to the community manager but still have not received any answer yet.

Great location and great staff! Newly remodeled apartments with good amenities. One good to have is having access to the gym 24 hours or at-least from 6:00 AM.

I moved in July 2024. My apartment was brand new and absolutely beautiful! I worked with two of the complex team members, that unfortunately are no longer here. They were incredible! I was asked multiple times if there was anything I needed before their last day. I can really tell the new management is putting a lot of effort into making the apartment community better for all of us. Their efforts on landscaping and parking lot improvement and just overall maintenance of the complex is not going unnoticed by me.

They need to improve. In the month that I have been here, there has been a lack of coordination in their administration and implementation of improvements to the community. They need to walk around and assess some of the areas that are damaged in this community and have more empathy with the tenants

Maintenance marks things as complete that haven’t been repaired. Issues with pest control that have nothing to do with us. Issues with projects not being completed. Issues with parking. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.

My lease is up in august and my family and I are moving. Staying back here was great. I’m going to miss it and all the friend we made while staying here.

WE love the new back yards and the update to the ball court. The ball court gives a safe place for our 8 year old to play with his friends. The back yards give us a great place to enjoy the sunshine and the cool air in the evenings.

Bad place! Don’t bother staying here, house smells with pot and broken into car twice. They are unresponsive and don’t bother hearing our concerns.

It been a pleasure staying here most of the most of the people in my building have been here a long time.and everyone I have met is very nice
Maintenance is amazing! Place is nice and quiet too! There is some extra noise sometimes but overall, great! My kids love the pool...nice & clean!
This has not been a pleasant experience for me since the New Owners took over, I have had some serious Issues with the 3rd party paying company and have tried to resolve it in every way possible, I have not gotten a response other than being threatened with a 30-Day Notice, I've lived there for 10 years with never having any Issues. I'm currently packing up to move but this experience I wouldn't wish on anyone.
I love it it’s very great and awesome . I would definitely recommend anyone to come and move here. Awesome care from the office and maintenance is always on top of everything.
I have enjoyed living here for the last year, and look forward to staying another year! All office staff and maintenance have been wonderful.
Love our backyard and garden. We love being able to sit outside in the evenings now. We also love being able to share produce from our garden.

So far it has been great! Nice and quiet. Love the new updates in the apartments. Pool is nice. Grounds are clean. Overall a nice place to call home.
It’s been 6 months since we moved and everything is great so far, staff members are very helpful. Neighborhood is great and close to all stores and restaurants we like.
The community is very attractive and pretty. Most importantly staff has to ensure there’s clear communication for residents and they have! Emails and text messages are immediately responded to. I also enjoy using the tenant app and tenant portal to know who also resides on the property and what services our neighbors have to offer. I really love the new dog park equipped with benches, a water fountain, grass, and a mini obstacle course that is perfect for my furbaby.
The Management is really helpful and the leasing process was very smooth. I enjoy the apartment, very spacious, lot of natural light in kitchen area too.
Great place ! Lovely location, handy to grocery stores and other amenities too. The apartment has amazing renovation and we enjoy the neighbourhood too!
People don't clean up their garbage or dog poop outside. The lighting is horrible in the area, diffinately needs more lights. They been saying that new lights will be Installed the past 5 yrs.
Super kind managing office and they're fast to fix any issues. I had a heater that went out and they fixed it within an hour. The energy is awesome here!!
Everything was great, the only problem I have is the down stairs apartments don’t have any privacy. There’s a dog park rite in the back porch and my kids are scared of dogs, they dont keep them on the leash. Other than that I love everything .
So far ive been here for only 5 days but im loving wvery second. From the location, staff and scenery. Its all amazing and roxanne is the most helpful manager!!!
It’s the best place I could live at has locally stores near by as well bust stop to get to where you need plus a they are dog friendly which is amazing most places don’t
So far we love our unit and the people around, we’ve had a lot of fun exploring the neighborhood, the apartment is very close to busses and stores which we really love!
I not only live here. I work here as well. I love my community and my job. I have been here for over 5 years. I have established some really good relationships with most of the residents.
Been living here for over five years. No problems for me. When I first moved in the apartments were newly remodeled so that was great. They have no problems fixing anything.
So far my living experience here has been lovely. The slight problem has been the noise of drag street racing on the main road. I do wish that there was access to the gym 24 hours.
