I'm so happy and grateful to live here. I have been here 8months .this will be my first christmas here. I'm so excited to spend my first christmas here this is my peaceful place to live and it's a vacation to me. Thank you so much and I hope everybody's have a wonderful christmas and great new year to you and your family's and friends employees too.
Great community, staff is very efficient & the maintenance are always prompt. We enjoy our amenities like the workout room and the pool in the summer when it’s hot out.
Awesome place to calling home!!! Have been for years living @ The Fairways and I LOVE IT. The community is wonderful, the stores super close, the metra station only walks away. Totally recommend it to live in these beautiful apts
Excellent place to live, Comfortable, no issues till now, i have been living more than an year. Staff is really co operative including maintenance team. Overall its Nice to live.
As of now the community is really nice. Have no issues at all. Friendly staff. Clean community. Location is perfect for commuting to work. Very good.
Maintenance is there absolute best and Charesse.. other than that it's close to all the major stores and malls. The neighbors could be better the cigarette butts I can do with out!

Quiet neighborhood. Very green with a lot of trees. Very friendly employees, nice pool, nice gym and happy to have tennis courts. I hope those get updated soon but over all, it’s going great so far.
Staff is friendly and welcoming/ neighbors keep to themselves. The grounds are kept clean, Enjoy the pool and like the hours maintenance comes out fast when you request or have a problem with something in unit I like it because we are Nearby stores and restaurants
The management company could be more responsive. I haven’t sent various emails and haven’t heard back from anyone. I understand people are busy but a quick yes or no would have been nice.
It's such a peaceful neighborhood. Kids running around, neighbors walking their dogs or just enjoying a stroll. There are several walking paths in the area for taking those amazing strolls. Friendly neighbors, amazing maintenance staff, nice management and the landscaping is pretty. Going on my 4th year. And easy convenience to store's, the mall and public transportation.
Awesome/ nice/secure place to live. Have everything that you’ll need..amenities, train station, stores etc. staff is wonderful and always are there to listen
A great mostly quiet place to live. Very safe, the grounds are always clean. Of course there is always a few bad apples but you get that everywhere. Over all for the price and the great location you can't go wrong.
move in process was very simple and quick. employees are polite and answer any questions i have had and walked me through everything. everyone is friendly

Move in process was fairly quick and easy. The apartment was ready and clean for move in. Overall the finishes are very nice quality and just pretty.
My first impression was the kindness and professionalism expressed by the property manager. She made me feel comfortable before I even viewed the property. The property is clean, has a nice setup with plenty of amenities.

Master bedroom has small closet space, the washer and dryer Are really small, kitchen has small closet space. The light at the entrance of the apartment doesn’t work. Rest everything is good.
I have called this place my home for a couple years just because I Love everything about it. Everything is close to the apt complex…Train, stores, restaurants, entertainment. I do recommend it

Just moved in a few days ago and it has been amazing so far. Maintenence has been very helpful and so has the leasing people. Definitely am glad I chose this community
Maintenance always takes good care. The apartments are clean, nice, and kitchen is renovated. The new washer and dryer was great too. Haven’t had hardly any issues since moving i a year ago.
Can't say it enough this is one of the best places to live. I've been here for the past 15 years and all the staff including the maintenance staff have always been great

I love how the office is decorated and cozy I love how the workout room is and the pool area is lovely the whole outside is everything and when I enter my apartment it’s even more better !!
I love the management team, maintenance and the community overall! The area is close to everything that you can enjoy. Walmart, Target, different restaurants, malls ect.
We truly enjoy our amenities here, they have updated workout equipment. We also enjoy the pool laying out on summer hot days. Overall very quite neighborhood, Maintenance is always efficient & attentive.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is generally a quiet and safe neighborhood. The amenities are awesome which include a pool, gym, tennis courts and BBQ/picnic areas. We have lived here for 5 years and have been very happy.
I love living at the Fairways of Naperville!! Clean, quiet, nice areas/amenities. Just missing car garage (which my car got damage at the parking lot) and missing a bike storage (covered).

The community is nice and very well kept. And im close to everything. from my local stores, dinner restaurants and movie theater, entertainment for the kiddos. Overall its a nice community

Interior is what I expected. Exterior needs to be updated and better maintained on the building side. Thjere should also be rules about storing things outside on the patio areas

A Nice clean friendly quiet environment. I enjoy the workout center and the pool in the summer time are great perks. When you have a service request, Maintenance is very quick and efficient.
Awesome place to live!! Have everything close in the area like metra train station, groceries stores, restaurants, highway etc. office staff are AWESOME
Community is fine. I love the fact that if I order packages and I am not home someone put the package inside the apartment building to keep safe.
