I have lived here for over twenty years .Our manager does a great job with the right combination of being respectful and considerate of tenants and firm when is comes to what benefits us all 5 Stars she is a star so 6 stars !

I have lived at the Fairway Vistas for over twenty years. The view over many acres of undeveloped land , that until last year was a golf course, but with the tops of the White Mountains and the Estrella Mountains in the background continue to be mesmerizing! And our manager, Ilana, does a great job with the right combination of being respectful and considerate of tenants and firm when it comes to what benefits us all. 5 Stars!

I love living here I don't ever want to move. I wish I could own this place

Fairway Vistas is my new home. I never ever want to move from here.

The manager at Fairway vista Apartments is very nice and respectable always looking to make the place better, very easy to talk to and always willing to help. It is a great place to live especially for families lots of kids to play with. The manager and maintenance man or always fixing things to make it a better place to live.

It's absolutely disgusting how I move from not ever having a roach to a month of being in this place seeing roaches every month don't move here this place is disgusting...

I lived at fairway vistas issue free for one year. The complex was then purchased by the Robinson group and things immediately went down hill. The property manager they hired, evicted the tenants living above my unit and failed to clean the location, causing a cockroach infestation. When I alerted the front office about this issue I was ensured there would be an exterminator sent immediately. This never happened. When I became upset I was told exterminators had been out while I was working , I asked for documentation and was given a invoice dated before the incident had even occurred. I then told the property manager I would be moving out , due to inhabitable living conditions , inability to contact the Robinson group, and lying about the exterminator. I was told that would be fine and I could just vacate ASAP, and documentation would be emailed to me. On par with the incompetence shown previously none of this happened. I then found out from several other tenants that the property manager , had been prosecuted for defrauding tenants, and offering a early termination fee of the lease that didn't exist. After leaving the premises I was contacted my a collections company stating I owed the remainder of the lease , and damages to the apartment. The apartment was in great physical condition when I left , except the cockroaches. Several attempts to clarify are met with no answers and the same rhetoric. I will not be bullied by incompetent company bent on defrauding their tenants. Avoid this property and all properties managed by the Robinson group as the are in the business of putting criminals in charge of thier property, allowing conditions to deteriorate to an uninhabitable state and then exaggerating the costs to maximize Ill gotten gains.
