The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Madison Apartments and Townhomes
The complex and area is very safe and secure. The team is awesome and very professional.
After touring the property, I really liked the location close to highways and shopping. I’m considering moving here the team asked about leaving a review. The office staff was nice and attentive. Were very attentive and quick to answer my questions. Will keep this as an option.
Love the location the staff and the renovations that they have done.
Have been a part of this community for 3 years and am very happy with the upgrades made over the last year. The new management and office staff is great! Very helpful and courteous. Would recommend to others!
We have lived here for 3 years and have no complaints. Maintenance is always quick and thorough. Lots of recent improvements and the Leasing Team is always available and friendly. Easy access to 85 without the hustle and bustle of the city. Great neighbors and hard working folks live here.
I have live here at Fairway oaks for a few years now. It is a very nice place to live at. I would definitely refer my friend to live here.
Absolutely horrible. You could not pay me to keep living here. Roach infested, will not send out proper pest control. Will not actually fix problems someone has. Never answers the phone. Me and my children had to go weeks with no air conditioning in the SUMMER! This place and the staff is an absolute joke!
I have been living here for two years. Very chill and quiet Neighborhood
I have no regret renting from Fairway oaks. The management team are very nice and polite. You guys are doing a great job. When I go to the office, I received five star service. Speak to me, act like you care, hurry, get it right, and bring me back.
Do not move here!! Rats, roaches, poor office staff, poor maintenance staff. Not worth the value. My family and I are moving ASAP
Cool place to live. Management is very nice and helpful
The coronavirus has put a damper on all social interaction, however the maintenance here has still been as speedy and effective as possible. So far living here, I do not have many complaints, but maintenance overall has been the most impressive service here for sure. That is not to bring down other areas and feature, but especially compared to other rental properties I have resided, maintenance is speedy, effective, and non intrusive here.
Lugar bueno para vivir
I HAVE A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!! First off, the images on this website looks NOTHING like the actual units you live in. I try my best to keep my house clean but there is constantly a horde of roaches living in my cabinets, fridge, sink, and even in my bedroom!! The construction workers made a massive hole in the pavement and LEFT IT. ITS BEEN MONTHS. WHY IS THERE STILL A HOLE?! The dumpster at the end of the neighborhood is FILTHY and the locals dig in the trash looking for clothes. It's HORRID. THERE WAS A MURDER!!!! SOMEONE WAS MURDERED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. SHOT AND KILLED. I have woken up at 3 am to police sirens multiple times outside of my house. They have their flashlights on looking in bushes, and even inside windows. Im not sure if its because they're looking for something, or someone DANGEROUS, but it's HIGHLY UNSETTLING!!!!! People have tried to break into my house and car numerous amounts of times, this is NOT a place you want to be. I am counting the days until my lease is up!!!! DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. IT IS OVER PRICED AND DISGUSTING. I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE SHOOTING HEROIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.
I love it here. The staff is very patience, kind, and fast. Took me step by step. Always kept me notified. With any apartment concern they handled it immediately.
It's a great place to live and staff are always friendly and welcoming.
They only show you the front apartments which are kept spotless for visitors. Management is a careless mess, they pretend to write down your every complaint then proceed to do absolutely nothing about it. After you hound them long enough, they usually say "there's nothing I can do about it." The neighbors are noisy at night; if you call the police they say that's "part of living in an apartment complex" and that management has to do something about it. Their response is that each resident is allowed to make as much noise as they need. The place is disgusting; recently there was a cockroach infestation, there's trash everywhere since residents dispose of their trash wherever they feel like, and the garbage disposal area is always overflowing. The mail area is a mess and nobody does anything about it; the letters are delivered without care, so they end up in the wrong mailboxes, of course, the careless residents just throw the letters that aren't theirs straight into the trash without caring. Management says the post office has to handle that, the post office says management needs to take care of it. I refuse to give them the satisfaction of moving before the lease is over because I'd have to pay over $1600 to leave, but it almost seems worth it so long as I can put this hell behind me.
Horrible horrible horrible!! The office is always close. They have roaches in the appliances..the appliances are always broke they replaced my refrigerator only to bring more roaches..they don't like to send an exterminator for the bugs they always have kids in playing in the parking lot .They say I didn't n pay my water bill for six months which was a lie.mind you that if you don't pay your water bill they won't except your rent. People get Rob.worst place I ever lived in. over priced not worth your hard earned money. and they have black mold in the walls..only good thing here are the maintenance team..
I recently signed my lease. Overall, I am very pleased with my housing choice. This unit is perfect for me. THANKS TO AN AWESOME LEASING AGENT VANESSA . I am also happy with the maintenance promptness, and I love that thus far I have had minor concerns and immediately repairs; :-) However just a minor setback as I was trying to leave for work I was barricaded in with vans, I do believe there should be assigned parking separate from visitor parking. I will suggest this; I believe if you are a residents you should have guarantee parking. Other than that I adore my home and the kind warm welcoming spirit of Vanessa assistance through my transition. Awesome staff! Kudos Vanessa !!!
and the people here every one they outside in the parking and no parking available and the water bill omg more the $80
love the area people are wonderful our landlords are tenants to perfectly willing to help us do whatever we need or have something needs to be fix they are there images build a playground for the kids is wonderful brings more brightness to the apartment and the kids love it
