Property Ratings at Fairway Trails
TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, LAZY INCAPABLE MAINTENANCE, building always smells like weed, terrible neighbors and nothing is ever done about. I highly suggest for your sanity, to not even consider moving in here
I am serious. Do not move here. Management and maintenance here is a joke. I've lived in apartments all my life and this place has been the worst. I haven't lived here in over a year and I am still traumatized by my experience here. Management didn't do anything when I had an awful neighbor living above me. She would be up all hours of the day stomping, yelling, smoking, meowing, drinking, smuggling dogs in, renting her place to random people...it was awful! The apartment buildings are made so cheaply that you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. The few times I called maintenance here, they would make problems worse. The buildings all smell like a weed shop. My stuff got stolen out of my locked storage unit and my 2nd floor balcony. I can go on and on. Move anywhere but here.
Make sure to live in the 3rd floor. Otherwise you will hear everything your neighbor does above you. You will hear every footstep they take and almost every word they say. The property has smoke free buildings which is great. However, it doesn't get enforced. Its a nice price for what you are getting, but all the extra unwanted noise and smells are not worth it.
