Fairlane East

I want to give 5 stars to Delores who help me find the right place and very good service that she provided during the move-in process. Afterwards, whenever there is maintenance issue, need to call and wait for few days to come and major problem is the curtain and slides. They didn’t change the curtain and sunlight wear-tear and very fragile. They start to charged 5$ per slide and it was not in contract. Also, manager is very poorly managed and there were multiple times extra amount for no reason. Tried to solve multiple times and first resolved then came back in following month payment. I am tired of dealing with these issues and also one of the reason to move-out too.

This experience couldn’t have gone any smoother. I started looking for a place in October of 2021. After house hunting and shopping around for a few weeks, most places weren’t taking it seriously. They rarely responded and made it difficult for a task that should be the complete opposite. That’s when I found Fairlane east. From day One, they were responsive, efficient and professional. Madison, the leasing consultant at Fairlane east along with Deloris.. answered my 1000+ questions that I had to help me find the perfect option for me. My expected move-in date was roughly December/January. I told them what I was looking for and what would be most suitable for me. As well as asking them to let me know if anything opened up sooner.. they did just that. 2 days later I was called with an opening and they walked me through the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you Madison and Deloris for the east and efficient experience.

Recently moved here and I really like my home. This gated community having lake, kids play and very good greenery etc. The Management is friendly and helpful and It is convenient location for shopping and work. Great place to live .

I have lived at Fairlane East for 15 years. Fairlane East is a gated community, clean, beautiful outdoor scenery and safe. When you need maintenance service, your request is handled in a timely manner. In addition, the front office staff and Ms. Delores are always accommodating.

I have been a resident for 10 plus years and I love my Townhouse. The location near the lake, the Management Team is the best, the convenient location for shopping and work. If I could buy into my Townhouse, there would be a SALE!!! Great place to live ??????

I do not recommend Fairlane East at all. Its management is very poor, unprofessional and not respectful. Also, the maintenance is too bad! It takes for ever to fix a single maintenance issue. The buildings are too old with so many issues! Also, the rent is very expensive. Not worth the money!

I lived in a 2 bedroom townhome in Fairlane East for 3 years until I bought a house. This is a WONDERFUL place to live. With the large amount of units there, the office people and maintenance people are very kind and helpful and always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of no matter how busy they were. Maintenance issues were always solved quickly and the people in the office made me feel like family. This area is very safe and quiet and the grounds are beautiful and always well maintained. It's also really close to I-94 ... 5 minutes from a major shopping area and easy access to surrounding cities.

I'm an engineer who moved into the area for work. While I love the location, the customer service and maintenance are horrible. I've been here three months and been incorrectly charged multiple times. I sent several emails and voicemails, and spoke to the managers on duty. While they assured me they would look into it, they have still not removed the charges. Additionally, I have no electricity on one side of my living room, my dryer is out of order, and a funny smell is coming from under the guest bathroom (which I believe to be water damage and possibly mold). I have submitted multiple work requests, a few this week, and have received no responses or follow ups. It's extremely disappointing. Don't live here. It's not worth the trouble.

Living here for 6 months and we’ve made one request from the beginning; to repair the backyard fence which is broken since the day we moved in!! So far we’ve made 3 separate formal requests separated by months between each time. Neither the fence is fixed nor a formal reply received on what’s stopping them from repairing it. However I am shocked to see that the repair request is shown as completed in their portal! Also the house insulation sucks so the electric bills are high during all seasons.

Do not get fool by the nice outside view. Pricy old house, dirty details, squeaky floor, leaking basement, cracked wall. Also, the staffs of leasing office are so BAD. Getting them to do any type of service on the apartments will take FOREVER. To pacify you for seconds, they will LIE to you, made promises but never deliver. I've been living here for 1 year. For some reason, I have to live here longer. This is the worst decision I ever made. NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!OR RECOMMEND IT TO A PERSON I HATE!!!!!

The staff is bad and they never respond to emails or call back. Getting them to do any type of service on the apartments is a chore and will take many days. I had my AC broken for 3 weeks. I had to keep it on max cooling and it barely was able to keep the apartment on the low 80s. The staff kept telling me that the AC wasn't broken. After 5 visits, they finally admitted that the AC was broken. I had to pay $450 in power bill and I couldn't even sleep in the apartment for those 3 weeks because the heat was so unbearable. The bathrooms leak and they won't fix them. I could go on. I wish I had never signed a lease here. Stay away. The convenient location is not worth the trouble you'll have to deal with.

Nice apartments and location. Very serene surroundings. However the customer service and the staff leave ALOT to be desired. Our security is such a HORRIBLE set up. None of our guests can get in a normal fashion. If you travel with a guest you have to call yourself to buzz yourself in. It's all very silly. No return calls. You leave voicemails no one EVER returns the calls. They continue to raise the rent. Old appliances. You only get new ones when these old ones break down. I could go on and on.
