Apartments are old but they provide what we need and on top of everything the management team has been so helpful and responsive since even before our move in.

I’m very comfortable and secure in my new apartment home. I lived here once before and now I’m back. Very quiet and the office staff are very helpful and friendly.

Well first I must give a big shout out to the staff…They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment that’s in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and that has quick access to the highway. The maintenance staff quickly resolved any issues that you may have. The grounds are always clean and presentable. Lots of parking space available even covered paid parking. So if you’re looking for apartment with peace and quiet, not a lot of rowdy people hanging out everywhere, well this is the place for you… Fairfield apartments.

Come live here if you want to be stressed. Between people busting holes in the fence to steal out of your cars or just stealing your car in general and the rude people that take your parking spot you pay for this place SUCKS. People are constantly robbed across the street at the gas station. Your neighbors don’t care if you have to work in the morning they are going to vibrate your floors with their sound system. Also don’t live here if you like peace because you’ll never get any there isn’t a second someone isn’t yelling in the lot of bumping music from their cars and if it is quiet just know it only is because someone is up to no good. Don’t expect any help from the staff because they will just pretend to be nice then ignore your concerns and issues. Plus the apartments themselves suck they are dated and have that renters special going strong. There’s an issue don’t worry we will paint over it then charge you when you move out.

The staff is really nice and always there to help. Property is clean and overall I have enjoyed my stay here.

Fairfield has some of the best staff in the office especially Mrs. Essie. The office is always lively and smells wonderful. This is a community you don’t want to pass up.

Been here since August 2016 and though rent has increased which is common everywhere (No Biggie)! When I need some maintenance done or minor favor with a package, they do look out to make sure it's heard and handled! I just make sure my rent is on time ALAWAYS

I love these apartments! I have no complaints, from the spacious floor plans to the professionalism of management its just awesome and they’re always very friendly and welcoming! Anytime I have questions I never feel scared to ask! They will definitely won’t be getting rid of me anytime soon!

We have been here a year and we love it. Great maintenance that responds immediately and professionally. Wonderful neighbors, safe neighborhood; close to resturants, entertainment, and services. Space in apts are open, fresh, and clean. Working fireplaces. Great appliances. Pool, Dog Park, and Play Ground are well kept, safe and welcoming.

Office staff are good at what they do. Any time I need something fixed, it gets done.

This was my first apartment with my significant other and it has been such a great and peaceful place to stay. from the first time i met with Brooke and Nikki I was treated as family. The office staff did their best to accommodate me and find what i was looking for. They constantly provide information and resources on how to set up payment plans and even now have partnered with ESUSU to help build your credit as you make your normal monthly payment (this has been HUGE for me and my credit, ive never heard of any other apt doing this). the staff were quick to resolve my work orders when my dishwasher flooded and my AC needed to be fixed during the summer. they have pest control scheduled constantly as a preventative measure and have constant yard maintenance. i have yet to have any problems with the neighbors. when it came time to renew my lease i was in between jobs and unsure if i would be moving out of state. Ms. Nikki was extremely understanding of my situation and worked with me as i waited to hear back. When i decided to renew and stay at Fairfield Ms.Nikki and the staff at Fairfield worked to renew my lease and help me move to a new apartment on extremely short notice. I am grateful to live here. The gym is down the street. Walmart is practically around the corner. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and both apartments ive stayed at have had washer and dryer combo (HUGE bonus). There is a dog park, playground and pools. Not sure when we'll decide to move but in the meantime this definitely feels like home!

Pay to pay rent. Massive potholes and no stop signs so be careful. Loud neighborhood. All appliances are from the 60s. Water comes out yellow or black specs randomly. You will move into the apt exactly how the person before you left it.. no cleaning anywhere on the property. Not a safe place to live for kids. Just no... no no no. Staff try their best but can't do much with what they got. Goodluck

I’ve read the negative reviews and think they must be talking about somewhere else! Any maintenance needed has always been done well in a timely manner. People in the front office are wonderful too. I’d recommend Fairfield to anyone!

Decided to give this place a try as my friend lived here and was given the opportunity to live here with my cousin with a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and management is amazing when it comes to any issues and any help and support needed at the apartment I’ve enjoyed my stay and management will be really sweet and genuine to help.

For starters I was a resident for 12 months cause apparently it was the only least I could sign. These apartments are NOT WORTH THE PRICE, I had a one bed room which looked like a studio they just built a wall to separate the bedroom. BUGSSSSSS, earwigs, ants, and baby roaches in the bathroom and everyone knows I am a VERY CLEAN PERSON. The exterminator only sprayed Twice when I was told he comes every week, walls are paper thin you hear EVERY THING! Bath tub is horrible, paint was chipping and all maintenance did was come spray over it making it rough and uncomfortable to stand on. When I left they charged me A LOT OF UNNECESSARY FEES MOVING OUT JUST TO KEEP MY DEPOSIT. Speaking of fees, their con service fees are based on the month before so NEVER assume you’re going to pay the same amount every month cause you won’t. In fear of the consequences that came with breaking my least I stayed until the last month and moved right after paying my last rent.

I stayed there and it was horrible. The maintenance people do what they want and when they want. When trying to move out they make it difficult for you and charge for for ridiculous charges. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Stay somewhere else and save yourself the trouble. Everybody I knew had this experience and I moved because it was my LAST option and it was the same experience !

I came to Fairfield to move into a apartment as fast as I can and they did. The moving in only took a week and the leasing agent(Tammy) was very welcoming and helpful in getting me the apartment I wanted and fast. The rent is as promised with no hidden fees like most apartments, which is also a extreme bonus

They seem nice and up to beat at first, but me and my family JUST moved out here not even a month and it's not what we thought it would be, the people in the office is unoragainzed and rude, you have to keep calling and telling them about a problem in your apartment and the maintenance men do what they want, they have you to fill out a paper to see what's damage and broken when you move in and they still don't do nothing about it! Horriable and can't wait until my lease is up!

TENANT BEWARE, I lived in these apartments 1.5 years ago. During that time I paid my rent in full every month. However, I have just been notified that I have an account in collections with them. They have had all my contact information but have never attempted to contact me. I gave proper notice and paid a month's rent after I moved out (per the termination agreement). I called the office in good faith to resolve the issue, however after the first call, I could not get a response from the office for a week even after leaving multiple messages. When I was finally able to get a hold of the responsible party, the original story on where the discrepancy was completely changed. BEWARE THAT THIS OFFICE DOES NOT FOLLOW GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES OR RECORD KEEPING! There were some discrepancies when I moved in that I reported that never got resolved. I was also told that there was security that would tour the property overnight... I never saw any security, but I did catch kids breaking into my neighbors car; people parking and sleeping in their cars right outside my apartment; one night a car was hit in the parking lot by a driver (assumingly from the bar across the street) that took off afterward. So My experience living there was not very positive on top of the lack of communication.

Well....first off they played bait and switch with me, they showed me a recently renovated apartment and told me mine would look like this that just smaller, then handed me the keys to a 40 year old unit that is always crackling and making other odd noises, and the front door sticks, to make things worse it was my birthday when the keys on my birthday, I was so SAD ,my sister and my friends kept trying to say how nice it was, but after finding the missing blind on the porch, they could say nothing else. I saw my FIRST rat, I cried to my mom, everything in there is sooo OLD, the "master bathroom, you have to bleach it BI-WEEKLY or mold will come, they charge you an additional $25 to pay with a card, $20 for covered parking and $400($200 refundable) to use their clubhouse, and they don't take checks! The only real good thing about this place is its location. BEWARE SEE PAST THEIR SMILING FACES! FYI(NO BILLS PAID) water about $45 Electricity $150

When we (my roommate and I) first looked at Fairfield we were shown an upgraded apartment; when we were given our keys we weren't given what we were shown. Since we were in a hurry to move we decided to make the best of it. Upon entering the apartment we noticed that the door wasn't fixed; if the deadbolt was latched you could get in without turning the knob, and the knob itself was loose. The back shower was stained badly...to the point we didn't use it at all. There were other repairs that were needed and they were included in the move in checklist, however nothing was fixed. We moved Jan 2, today is September 2 and the door is in the same condition, they sent someone Friday (as we were moving out to another complex) to paint the shower so that it appears to be clean. We endured leaking ceilings that caused the ceiling in the bathroom to fall in and also set up mold and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. I sent emails to staff and called and my concerns weren't immediately addressed. I had to go in and meet with the manager face to face after the assistant had already received and ignored my correspondence. The apartment clubhouse is nice. We were initially told that if we wanted to rent it we could bring a check for a deposit and once we were finished with it, it would inspected we would receive the check back (like most apartments). Well, when I inquired about renting it I was told that due to the renovation I had to pay $150 and it wouldn't be refunded. I politely declined. Also the water is included in the rent, the water bill here is ridiculously high. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

i like everything about it. it is the best of everything we need as a family.
