They consistently have staff available to assist with our needs and are attentive to our suggestions and ideas for the property. Their quality apartment, management team, and overall environment make it a great place to live.
Many times you have a great experience when you're sold a residence. Everyone is accommodating and helpful during the initial visit. But sometimes things shift when you move in, everything changes, and you see issues. Not so with Fairfax! The kindness, attention to detail, and over-the-top care for the community is something you will not find at any other property. I have lived in communities in many different quadrants of the city. Fairfax is handsdown the best! The way a property is managed determines everything about the quality of your living experience. I have lived here almost 18 months and it keeps getting better and better. And that's just the team here...wait til you see the suites! Amazing!
I've lived in many different apartments while going through school. When I found out I matched at Ohio State Wexner, I started looking for places in Columbus. After touring at Fairfax, I knew it was the place I wanted to be. I renewed my lease early, and plan to be here the next couple years!
Fairfax Boutique is levels above any other community I’ve live at. From the amenities, the staff and the apartments, it’s really just at its finest! I can already tell that I am going to be living here for many years to come and I’m quite excited about that! Move Here! :)
I have lived here since the community opened, the Staff is wonderful and the residents have become like family, it’s small high end residence that allows you a private oasis close to short north down town and great spots in Grandview. The amenities are top notch. With a pool/hot tub grill smoker outdoor and inside tv and lots of goodies and snacks! It will be a sad day when the time comes to leave the FairFax. (Hopefully it doesn’t happen soon) thank you especially to Paul and Brittnie for creating this wonderful place to live.
I've toured several luxury properties all over Columbus, and Fairfax was my final stop and it's levels above any other property in the area it was honestly an easy decision. They hold themselves to a high standard and they make sure they live up to it + surpass it. Paul, Brittnie, and Casey are beyond kind and helpful along with the rest of the staff. A lot of properties throw around the title "luxury" really lightly, but Fairfax blew any expectations I had away.
Stopped in to tour right when they opened and everything was just so nice! Paul and Brittnie were beyond nice and helpful! I just moved in about a month ago and I love spending my nights in the hot tub with a glass of wine! Love It Here!
From the Clubhouse to the Suites, this apartment community doesn’t miss any details! Haven’t seen anything like this in Columbus and I am beyond excited to move in soon!
