4 yr resident, nice and quiet, screening potential of tenants helps make positive impact. Manager may take a day or two before addressing concerns but is generally personable. Expect to shovel your sidewalk and parking area.

landlord is a joke does not fix any problems, plumbing is a real issue as well as he will find any reason not to give security deposit back, took him two weeks to get back to me about an issue that I ended up fixing myself out of my own pocket then got yelled at for taking it into my own hands to do. will walk into your apartment without notice when no one is home, they do not maintain the property as they should. Apartments are cheap but not worth the hassle. Will kick you out with 3 day notice once the year lease is out and turns into month to month. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: CHEAP Everything except electric included Internet and basic cable included (internet is pretty good, cable is VERY basic) Quiet place Decent apartment no nosy neighbors onsite laundry Cons: you can hear everything from your neighbors landlord does not go out of his way to do anything(only plows main rd and not an inch more, even for elderly residents) literally an apartment in the middle of NOWHERE

Great Place to live at a fraction of the cost. Manager is stric and professional which is a blessing if of your a working professional. As a REALTOR and a retired Police Officer I give it a thumps up!! only negative is that some of the characters living here need to move. this is not for trailer park type living. Love the fresh air and the nature walks. Glad to be living here. Great Job Nick!!

Agreed.landlord is horrible.will scam u any way he can....also goes into your apartment when your not there and make up excuse there was complaint of water leak.doesn't return deposits finds problems with apartment that was already existing and blames on you.not worth the hassles.don't rent!

There is no free Air conditioning and the land Lord will belittle his tenants, no cell phone service also internet is hard to get the new apartment are nice but not worth the money, walls are thin so you can hear everything the other tenants are doing. There's no lights at night so you will not feel safe walking to the dumpster to throw your trash out, dumpsters are always full, and forget snow remove cause landlord does a horrible job of doing it and will yell at you if you throw it out where he is plowing. There many more thing as well and more that I do not know about. Again the money spent on living there isn't worth it even if it cheap. Friends have moved out into a place that cost more cause of the headaches.... don't get stuck in a year lease with this place
