I've been living here for about a month now and I really enjoy it. The manager Guiselle is very helpful and attentive. The property is kept up and clean.
We've been living here for a year. We found this place quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly. Our manager Guiselle is so kind, friendly and easy to talk with. Anything we ask is answered right away. The maintenance staff is also friendly and helpful. And if you are also looking for a pet friendly place this community is right for you. Surroundings are always clean. Over all this place is owesome and great!!! This property is highly recommend.
The manager Guiselle is very nice and friendly. The maintenance guy Anselmo is also very kind and very helpful. I needed a hand moving something heavy in my apartment and he offered to help. The grounds are always kept clean and the building is always quiet. Peace and serenity in my home, I love it here.
Management and staff are always on top of things. Not to mention, they are always very friendly and helpful. As far as the property it self, it's always nice and clean. Gisel always attend to our needs in a very fast paced.

The manager is terrible, she likes to charge for everything. Makes you get a contract that makes sure to keep you there for a long time, and not to mention there’s no parking. The building is old and needs major work! Don’t recommend! Stay away and get a place that’s month to month.

We are very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. I assure you that we are here to satisfy and remedy any situation that arises. We do offer 6 - 12 month leases upon move in. After your lease expires you are welcome to stay month-to-month for as long as you'd like. Our apartment community was built in 1965, and just like all the neighboring apartment communities, we have aged gracefully. We do keep up with our property as we have made many upgrades throughout the years. The property shows beautifully and shows pride of ownership. We are in the heart of Buena Park, but if you are looking for newer communities you would have to travel further south in Orange County and the rental rates will reflect that. I am sure that if you'd stop by our leasing office, give us an opportunity to chat we can remedy whats wrong and change your mind. Thank you.

If you’re looking for a pet friendly, kids friendly, clean and safe place, then this is the place for you and your family. The complex is always up kept and the staff is always available to meet your needs.
After viewing this complex, is definitely in my list. The manager was really friendly. The landscape was beautiful. I recommend the property. It’s close to freeways.
I had the opportunity to tour the community with Yisel (the manager) and my tour was great. The landscape was well kept. I would have rented if they had a unit right away to move in. I recommend the property.
The first thing that stood out to me was how clean and maintained the grounds are. Guiselle was sweet and detailed in the tour and answered all my questions. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, and the apartment (specifically the 2 bedroom) was more spacious in the layout versus other places that I have visited. This complex is definitely one I am considering

I have lived at the Executive Park Apartments for about six years and I can honestly say I have been satisfied with my stay here. This place is very clean and the overall aesthetics are superb compared to other apartments I have lived in. Plus, it is a family-friendly environment which is also a nice thing to have.
I absolutely love living here, the staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. My apartment is spacious, well kept, and in a good area.
I was searching for an apartment to rent & found Executive Park. I was looking for a 1 bedroom but, they did not have any available. The manager Guisel was very attentive. The property was well maintain & I would have rented there if they had a unit available right away to move in.

This is by far the best apartment complex I’ve stayed in. They made it so easy to transfer here and every staff is helpful. And the location is close to everything too. From shopping malls to theme parks (Disney and knotts.) Moving here is probably the best decision I have ever made.
