The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Executive House Apartments
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! ROACHES!! I lived in both building A and building B over 3 years. This includes property management under Renew Real Estate Management. The only thing they fixed was the excess trash that overflows from people dumping here. The buildings are disgusting. They are infested with cockroaches. They can claim that pest control comes by, however, this does very little effect. They cannot eliminate them completely unless the whole building is vacated. Parking lots are dark and dangerous. Very little light and no security in the area. No cameras. No key access on the doors, and lack of lighting. In fact, building B the doors are always tied open for all people, bugs, and animals to enter freely. Lots of homeless people sleeping on the premises and walking through the yard. DO NOT EXCEPT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK!! We got a full refund from the old management. Renew Real Estate said we owed them $400 cleaning fee + $350 drywall fee. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother looking at these apartments. You would be better off sleepin
