Exchange on the 8

I’ve never had anything than the occasional light bulb that needs replaced, and maintenance is always there within a day. The management hosts fun community activities. A great place, especially for the price.

I have lived at exchange on the 8 since September. The office staff is absolutely fantastic and so knowledgeable. They treat everyone like family. The maintenance staff is always so kind and friendly. The always great me while I’m walking my dog. Also the maintenance supervisor is so knowledgeable. I always see him running from one area to another. All in all my experience with my community has been so great I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

The staff here is so friendly and accommodating! Took a tour and I can’t wait to move in once my lease is up

Exchange on the 8 has been a blessing in disguise for my family and I. I’m thankful for the time that I’ve lived here and for the attention that the office staff and maintenance gives to its residents.

Between the rent increases and decreases despite definite lease terms, excessive noise of both other tenants and their cars who believe it is your job as a neighbor to regulate them, the walls are horrifically thin, several police stand offs random people coming to your door(homeless or otherwise) asking you for money, people riffling through stolen property behind dumpsters a persistent problem with being at capacity for vehicles despite having three bedroom apartments, a management team who does not respond to emails in a timely manner or at all for that matter, a maintenance team that only half does a job, with no correspondence of their own before they show up to "fix" a problem be it having sent them an email or otherwise I couldn't possibly recommend living here if you enjoy peace of mind. The review stands where it is as their staff is friendly when you show up at their office; if they're around, the maintenance staff are also friendly with the few encounters I've had with them outside of the actual maintenance.

I love everything about Exchange on the 8! The leasing team is the best, they are always so helpful and are always putting together fun events like raffles and food give aways like today they had doughnuts in the office for Valentine's Day! My 3-bedroom apartment is great, it has a smart home package with a ring doorbell and the complex has a cool pool area with hammocks.

I know moving and searching for a place is so stressful so I will try to give a thorough and honest review.. I have been here for approximately 8 months and I plan on renewing my lease. The staff in the front office are very nice and professional. They hold raffle drawings and are always hosting a variety of community events. I don't often go but it is nice to have that option. The maintenance staff is awesome. Anytime I have put in a request, they get there in 30 minutes at the latest. The apartment itself is nice. A nice amenity is the washer and dryer in the unit and the washer has a large capacity like the size for blankets. The stove is electric but most apartments I have stayed in are. All the rooms have vertical blinds and not the annoying horizontal creeper blinds. My outlets have USB ports and they have a good amount of outlets in the home. My apartment has the feature where you can adjust the air and unlock the door with your phone but I don't use it, mainly because I'm old school. They have a swimming pool which they do maintain and I use often with my family. The parking does stay pretty full but I have never had to park outside of the complex. You do get one assigned space and you can add an additional one for a fee. Only residents with decals are allowed to park. Honestly, I prefer it that way because it keeps the complex more secure. There is also a good amount of dumpsters in the complex. So you are not walking a long way to throw your trash away and they are sectioned by walls so it is not unsightly. My only complaint would be sometimes residents throw there trash on the ground. The complex maintains a nice landscape so it takes away from it when there is trash. I love a clean environment so it would be nice if people cleaned after themselves but at the end of the day the complex staff should ensure its picked up. Overall, I really enjoy this place and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment/home.

Parking is terrible and if you have to park anywhere else people will constantly leave notes on your car telling you not to park there..You have to park 3 blocks away from your apartment if you have more than one car...If you buy a house and want out of your lease it's 5000 dollars or they will ruin your credit...Constant problems with bed bugs and roaches and people using drugs and drinking by the pool... always felt unsafe at this complex...Worst apartment I have ever rented. Run far far away from this place.

I'am a current resident of Exchange on the 8. A very friendly atmosphere new neighbors are friends waiting to be met . We had a few minor problems reported it to the office and less than 20 minutes they had someone fixing the problem yahoo for fast and courteous maintenance men

Mesa park apartments are nice and clean. The apartments are well spaced. The ladies in the front are well respectable.

The rent is far to expensive for the location and they keep raising it. I am hoping to move soon.

When I first moved in the place it needed work. The management sucked! Never got anything fix. The apartment floor was dirty the first day I moved in.. We recently got new management/owners and I can honestly say they are great. Come and fix things within minutes.. They've made many changes on the appearance of the apartments and renovated many units.. Must I love the new management
