The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Exchange Building
I have lived here for 2 years now, it is a very cool building with lots of stuff in walking distance. One of the more affordable places in down town and definitely worth the price for the size and view of my unit!
Roaches , mold , 90 degree apts , it’s filthy and a mess
I’m an attorney based in Memphis, TN, and I’ve lived at the exchange building for several years now. It’s a beautiful, historic high rise that’s centrally located in downtown Memphis, so it makes for an easy walk to Beale Street or the courthouse - on a bad night, both! The rent is affordable and, more importantly, the building is owned by a local family so you don’t have to worry about calling some corporate leasing office every time you need a ceiling light replaced or your garbage disposal fixed. If you’re in the market for an apartment or short term rental (they offer BnBs too!) in downtown Memphis, don’t overlook the exchange building.
They have in-building WiFi, which saves me a bunch! Kind and technologically friendly staff and easy to communicate with!
