My husband and I were searching everywhere for something that fit our little family that was everything we needed and was affordable. When we came across Exchange at Holly Springs we fell in love instantly and scheduled a tour that same day. We did the application, got the approval and moved in 2 days later. The process was quick and the leasing office did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They still check up on us to make sure we’re doing well.

The Exchange is a resort atmosphere. The spa pool is salt water, and well kept. The gym has free weights and kettlebells and treadmills and weight machines. If something happens, maintenance is speedy and courteous. Living at The Exchange is carefree living. Amanda, the manager and her staff are serious about keeping things in order and good condition for residents. They are almost like family. Cheryl O.

We love Exchange at Holly Springs! We needed a middle place to live between selling our house and buying another and this has been perfect. Everything is well taken care of, the staff is so friendly and problems are always addressed and resolved quickly. Having come from a house with a big yard, the nature trail has been so wonderful for daily walks with my kids!

The Exchange at Holly Springs is a beautiful property, which is maintained very well. The views are gorgeous sunsets and with change of season there is always a point of interest: the migration of the wonderous butterfly to the beautiful salt water pool. Everything that you need from food to brand new hospital is easy to reach, and close for the walk worthy. The gym is roomy and kept clean and equipment maintained in working order.

The community is beautiful, clean, and courteous. The staff is very communicative and helpful with any needs and questions we have and the gorgeous nature trails are both clean and safe to travel.

Our experience at Holly Springs has been a 5 Star ?? experience. The staff provided a warm welcome and (Rebecca) made our transition from CA easy and less stressful because of her willingness to address our questions and concerns. We love our apartment and are sad to go but a work transfer is the only reason we’re having to move. We appreciate the diligence of the office staff to keep the community an enjoyable environment for everyone by enforcing the community policies in place for this reason. Very clean property with great staff and useful amenities. The location is literally walking distance from Walmart, Lowes, grocery stores and fast food. The only downside is cold hallways in the winter and thin walls where you can hear neighbors often times but for the cost it’s definitely bearable. Overall 5/5 Stars ??????????!

If you're considering a move to the Exchange at Holly Springs, jump in with both feet. You will not be disappointed. Their onboarding process is fast and efficient. The apartments are modern, comfortable and conveniently located. The management team is phenomenal and the other residents are friendly. The amenities are top shelf. My husband and I truly enjoy living here. The staff is friendly, and they are always willing to help out with anything that comes up. The apartment is beautiful, the gym is nice and is always clean, and there are plenty of fun things to do from food trucks to different seasonal events. Office manager and Staff are very nice. Always willing to help. They try thier best and also send out reminders after a complaint but then nothing changes. My husband and I consider this our home and take pride in where we live but driving around we’ve seen much more appealing places.
I love living in The Exchange, it is a safe place and neighbors are really nice. Administration and maintenance are very nice and they are always willing to help.

I walked into the leasing office on 10/27 at 9am and was under a leasing agreement by 5pm that day. Rebecca is awesome and super responsive. The community is clean, trash is picked up daily and there is plenty of parking. My apartment is updated and well maintained as well as the exterior areas and club house. The gym and salt water pool are also awesome features. I truly couldn't have chose a better place to live!

My husband, our kitty and I love living at the Exchange at Holly Springs. The office staff are welcoming, go above and beyond and impressively quick at responding. I've never had a message or request go more than 24 hours without a reply. The layout of the community is adorable and convenient and we're so close to so many great restaurants and stores. We love our apartment and our little community and will absolutely be renewing our lease over and over until we find our dream home!

Exchange is a great place to live! The community feels like a family. There are lots of children and dogs. The amenities are fantastic and they make living here feel luxurious. The management is extremely helpful and available whenever I needed them. Overall a great place to hang your hat at night.

The staff are professional, pleasant personable and always respond in a timely manner whether it be maintenance or office related. I enjoy living here (my 2nd year) it's relatively quiet, friendly and safe. I never worry about my safety or the safety of my grandchildren.

Really great place to live. All staff very professional and well mannered. When I need the maintenance personnel that always are very quick in resolving the issue. Recently I had a question about the ups packages that sometimes are dropped off beside the workout room, I had never had to pick up packages there and the office personnel was glad to show and explain to me how it all worked. These employees are an asset to this company. Good to know we still have live people that are willing to help instead of getting automated systems. Foodie trucks, pool, wash pit is another plus.

Taylor and Zach are great. Whether you contact them by phone or email they never make you feel like you're a bother. If they don't know the answer to something they will find out and get back to you. I renewed my lease for a 2nd year because I like living here. My only complaint is the internet.

It is a nice and safe community and we love spending time at the pool. Management is friendly and have good communication with the residents.
The staff is top notch! Always ready and willing to help any way they can. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities give a small resort style living feel! We definitely are happy to be a part of this community!
Have never been happier with apartment living! The elevator is a blessing to us every day! Every one in the office is so helpful and friendly, just a wonderful community!
Love the location, great shopping centers, grocery stores , there is a variety of restaurants to eat at. We have the great Ovation movie theater and everything is located less than 5 minutes to 30 minutes at the most from Exchange at Holly Springs. We have a great pool and workout area as well. The staff is great! I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone.
Living at The Exchange at Holly Springs has been a disappointment! Not very luxurious for the price and we have seen other communities around the same price thats much nicer. A lot of problems with internet. If you see one of the office members outside they dont speak.

Love the food trucks, the gym, the pool, the location. The complex is very safe and the landlords aren't overbearing.

I enjoy calling the Exchange at Holly Springs home! The community includes a peaceful nature trail and a lovely saltwater pool that I enjoy using in the summer months. My apartment floor plan suits me perfectly, and I love the features included, such as the garden tub, granite countertops, and in-unit washer and dryer. The complex is conveniently located near several shopping areas, and is only a short distance from local schools. My cat loves it too!
Awesome location. Apartment layout very practical. Patio is delightful.
