Property Ratings at Evria Claremont Apartments
My mother lived in Claremont Park for 2 1/2 years, and it was a godsend for us. This property is quiet, extremely clean and well-maintained. George, the property manager, does an amazing job and is incredibly responsive and kind. Alfaro, the maintenance manager, was also very responsive, and all maintenance concerns were addressed with minutes of them receiving it. It is close to the village of Claremont and has nice pathways throughout. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
The Indian Hill Villas apartments are a good choice for the Claremont area. They are only about a mile or so from the Village (aka downtown Claremont) and close to the freeway, supermarkets and restaurants. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful shade trees and a nice walking path for the many dogs living here. Most apartments are two-bedrooms, though there is occasionally a one-bedroom space available. Though the apartments themselves are older and a bit worn, they are comfortable. There is a mix of updated and non-updated apartments, depending on how long the current tenant has lived there. Each unit usually has either a fenced backyard/porch area or balcony. There is ample parking for residents, though the visitor spots are pretty limited. The pool and hot tub are serviced weekly and there are plenty of lounge seating and a partially covered 'cabana' area. There is a small, but serviceable gym, complete with sauna. One of the major downsides is having only two coin-operated laundry rooms for the entire complex. The management is fine to work with, but the on-site maintenance guy is great. Neighbors are courteous to each other, with a nice mix of students, young families, and older adults. Overall, the Indian Hill Villas are an affordable, comfortable option for Claremont.
Great location, close to 10 freeway and close to the Village in Claremont. Pet friendly with nice walkways, grass areas, and complimentary dog poo bags. Many apartments have been recently updated with laminate floors and new kitchen countertops. I live in a downstairs unit with a decent size yard for an apartment. The property's maintenance worker lives onsite and is friendly. There are two shared laundry facilities that are usually available when needed. If you get one of the covered parking spots, they also have lockable storage. The biggest drawback for me living here is the apartments have wall A/C units, not central air (though there is heat), and the windows are not very insulating. This is usually not a problem, however, because it cools down and there is a nice breeze most evenings. The other tenants are a nice mix of families, college and graduate students, and young professionals.
