More than what I expected. I love the pool area. The staff is very nice. This is my first time living in this area & the city & I am near everything. My neighbors make me feel comfortable like I don’t need a ring camera for any reason. It’s peaceful

I love loving at evolve. The community offers some really nice perks such as a great barbecue area, swimming pool, lounge, and even a pet grooming room. Neighbors are friendly. Overall a nice place to live at a reasonable cost

The apartments are really nice. I only wish the dog park was grass and not dirt. They always mow the grass regularly which is nice when I am taking my dog out. There is never any trash anywhere and it just looks like a very clean apartment complex.

This complex is a wonderful place to live! Everything you need is a 10 minute drive away. The property us beautiful and well-maintained, The amenities are modern and plentiful, and the apartments themselves are top notch. Everything at Evolve makes it feel like home the moment you step foot on the property. The only downside is the package room organization. I am very thankful that it is secured behind 2 doors, but I wish there was better organization in the room so I can find my packages faster. Other than that, the place is awesome!

Great apartment. Maintenance is always quick to come and everyone is very helpful. Lots of poop stations as well which helps. Grass is always mowed.

Maintenance and the apartments are great the only thing that sucks is limited parking and the package room cause people can steal your packages.

The neighborhood is nice and clean. Everyone seems nice but not overly friendly. Everyone in the leasing office were very nice and patient with me throughout the move in process.

Our family has been living here for over four years. We've been happy here for four years. The management is good, although there are some flaws, but overall it's good. The amenities are excellent, the club house, pool and gym is perfect. All things is good for my family and me.

Been here less than a week and love it so far!! Very quiet, lovely apartment, very friendly staff, but just can’t ever get why people won’t pick up after their dogs!!! We need the DNA program…..

My true score is more towards a 5 than a 4 (4.6/5). Fantastic, quiet area to live in Fort Mill, SC. The complex has all your essentials within a 10 minute drive. The apartments are modern and spacious with a reasonable price for it (offer leases longer than 12 months). All appliances are updated and their maintenance staff is top notch. Some of their best amenities include their amazing community pool which offer cabanas and plenty of space and their business office/clubhouse (great space outside of the apartment for work-from-home people or students). The only downside I have is the organization of their locker room (open space and labeled, but the delivery guys can sometimes confuse the sections). The room is plenty secure but can be a bit hard to find your package if there are a lot of them in there. I am hoping they get lockers soon.

Love everything but the parking and mail room. The mail room isn’t secure at all and I’ve had lots of my packages go missing before and parking by my building is very hard

The apartment is great. The community is very nice. The staff is helpful and nice. Some people don't pick up after their dogs. Some neighbors are not respectful to noise, stomping and running through the house day and night. Besides that I enjoy the community.

This community cannot guarantee running water…..it is in the lease contract that the community provides running water, but they cannot provide it. For me, running water is one of the main things I look for in an apartment. That’s why I’m giving one star.

Once I moved it has been a wonderful place to live. Good community and quiet neighbors. However the move in process was very hard and the staff in the office could have made it a bit easier and tried to work with me a bit more. On move in day, I would have appreciated more details and directions on location of certain things and how some of the services work. A one page print out was not sufficient enough.

Not much communication from management. Lots of police activity. I live in the front by the dumpsters and there is 0 parking. If i dont get home by 8pm i have to park far away.

Only thing I don’t like is the parking and package room. The apartment is very nice and the neighbors are great. The maintenance team is also really great and comes out immediately when I have a problem

Very quiet and l go to bed early. I'm not a night owl anymore lol. hardly ever hear any noise. I haven't gotten acquainted with any of my neighbors yet bc l guess we all stay inside lol. I don't go out much but to work and back, but l love it here.

When I did may initial visit to see the apartment complex. I was only shown the apartment layouts, the lounge, gym and pool which were all at the clubhouse office area. I was not shown any other amenities, such as the pet spa/bathing area, the complementary car wash area, the mailbox area, the bicycle storage area or the package pick-up area. The package pick up area is just a big locked room with shelves and a general labeling of where packages for residents of specific building where if your luck you might be able to find your package.

Outside is nice and quiet, very clean, and landscaping produces a relaxing environment. For night owls, the gym and pool table are great activities.

Everything was great. There is a lot of online registration. The trash area is small and we were not able to put our cardboard boxes or trash in the dumpster after moving. I saw someone cleaning up later today n the morning. I would rather get Amazon delivered yo my door. I work from home so not concerned about stolen packages. But see how it would be a good option for other people.
