EVIVA Midtown Apartments

Was promised move in bonus gift card. Moved in 5 months ago, still nothing. Excuses and "right around the corner" talk since I started asking about it after the second month. Location is great, my unit is decent, guy in the office is cool, the ConAm management company is terrible and I would not trust them with anything in good faith. Make sure expectations are clear in writing.

I have not moved in yet, so take this as a caveat for my review. The staff has been so supportive and helpful. I am moving from across the country and they have been very responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. If they are able to support me like this one I have arrived, I will never want to leave.

I moved a month ago in Eviva and so far I had a great experience both with apartment and with the staff.

I moved in few months back and have really enjoyed my new apartment. It's a very clean, quite and great location. Dog friendly (all dogs) which is nice. I highly recommend this apartment.

I've lived in Eviva for six months. It has been a wonderful experience. I would like to shout out to the management team, especially Sabrina. She was always responsive to my questions and requests and always prepared to help out. The building and facility are overall clean and safe. The rent is reasonable given the location of the building.

I found this apartment through apartments.com and have been loving living here!! The team was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process! Any questions and comments were answered very quickly and were helpful! Everyone is kind and welcoming. :)

I've lived at Eviva for about four months now and have loved it so far! The management is amazing, especially Sabrina, who's always very responsive to my questions and is a lovely person to interact with in general. The building and amenities are clean and modern, and the location can't be beat. I would recommend Eviva to anyone looking to live in Midtown.

I am so pleased with the service that I have received here at EVIVA. Both Sabrina and Brittany, whenever I needed help, have been available via in-person or email to help me with questions or concerns. I am so happy I made the choice to call EVIVA Midtown my home.

This is not for the office staff who do a good job, but the office is closed too often.

We took a tour with Sabrina and she was super welcoming and informative. I wanted to make sure we were moving into a community that fits our needs, and Eviva pretty much checked off every point. I toured many other places in the midtown/downtown area and Sabrina was one of the best leasing consultants I met. We aren’t looking to move until next year, but Eviva is definitely on the top of our list!

Sabrina was extremely helpful from beginning to end, assisting with our move from Los Angeles to Sacramento. The apartment is beautiful and we love it! Sabrina was available to answer our questions and always went the extra mile to help us. We are so grateful we found Eviva. We read the reviews and it assured us we were picking the right place. My boyfriend has been living here for the past 5 years and I moved in August of this year. He previously had a one bedroom and we switched to a two bedroom. He did NOT want to live anywhere else but here and I can see why! Shelby is amazing and made the move incredibly easy and the transition smooth for my boyfriend. The area is safe, quiet, but close to everything! Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, bars, clubs, etc. My boyfriend and I pay for garage assigned parking which we feel is worth it as our cars are in a safe place. Any concern we have had gets resolved within 24-48 hours. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. I highly recommend living here or at the very least touring the apartment with one of the team members. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been living here for about 3 months and EVIVA Midtown has lived up to all the reviews. This place has been a fantastic new home, right in the heart of Sacramento. Like you reading this, I also saw the great reviews and wanted to give EVIVA a chance as my next home. Instantly after communicating back and forth with Shelby on the process, I knew this was the place to be. She was extremely helpful and expedited the whole process as fast as she could. The complex is kept super clean, free coffee, free internet, delivery package lockers, BBQ's, this place has it all. The Unit I'm in, 1bd/1bth is the perfect amount of space for one person. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a new place in the city.

Just moved from San Francisco and found the perfect place to live for my lifestyle needs. Eviva is a nice complex, in a semi-quiet area with fun locations in each direction. A beautiful park a block away, restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. In addition, the people are amazing. The staff is friendly, helpful and become part of the Eviva experience.

We recently moved into Eviva after having some issues at our previous apartment complex, and are so pleased with our decision to move here. Shelby went above and beyond to work to help us find a unit that fit our budget and timeline perfectly, and continued to communicate with us extremely well throughout the process without pressuring us in any way. Upon moving into the complex, all of the management and maintenance staff have been very accommodating and made the moving process as easy as possible. After renting from many different landlords in several states, this experience has by far exceeded all others, particularly the management team, which unfortunately seems to be less common in many apartment complexes. Eviva works to maintain a high level of professionalism, and truly is an excellent place to live considering the apartment amenities and location, among other perks!

From touring the apartment to finally moving in, Shelby has been an incredible resource and help to us through our cross country move. She has been proactive with answering questions and managing any issues that came up with the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment, thank you Eviva team!

Amazing – if I had to sum my experience in one word. From a last minute tour to providing transparent information, Shelby was awesome to work with! I’m a military member who was looking only for a weekend and found that Eviva is military friendly and also convenient as an incoming medical resident. Brittany and Shelby have both helped to coordinate from my internet to CORT furniture rental and so much more with ease. So far, the community is great and friendly. Covered paid assigned parking, with street parking also available. Location in Midtown has many close food places I am still exploring, and also easy to hop onto the freeway in either direction. I chose a 1bdrm and feel the area is wide and open enough. Ask about the color swatches for one of your walls as well. I got the beige in the living room and like it. Very highly recommend!

Eviva Midtown has been one of the greatest apartment living experiences I have ever had - hands down. The team here goes above and beyond to provide community building experience to its residents. Some of my favorites include: A charcuterie class, summer BBQ, popcorn movie night, and most recently a fun (and free) cycling class right here in the center of Midtown! Problems are solved before I ever even know there is an issue. Thank you Brittany, Shelby, and Blake for all your hard work; It definitely shows.

Just moved in a month ago and everything went as smooth as you could ask for. The staff are all so accommodating and helpful and made it all so easy. The building is super secure and the neighborhood is everything you want. Nightlife, parks, amazing places to eat! Every resident I have met so far has also been super nice as well. This place is very welcoming

I recently moved into Eviva earlier this month and Shelby made the process so easy! She reserved an elevator for me so I could easily move all my furniture and boxes up to my floor. The complex is in a great location and is very clean; highly recommend living here!

I moved in a few weeks ago, and I have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far. Everything is clean, safe and well-maintained, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Shelby especially has done an amazing job getting me settled. I moved to EVIVA at the beginning of October. Starting with the application and pre-move in, I have found the management team very responsive and conscientious. There is a strong community vibe. With the location and amenities, it is a great combination.

We have been looking for a short term apartment rental as we are in transition and waiting to move overseas in a few months. I couldn't be happier when I found Eviva Midtown - it was everything I had hoped for. Modern amenities, excellent location (walkable to coffee shops, bars and restaurants), and a clean , good smelling, ready-to-move in apartment. I must add that Brittany (community manager) and Benjamin (leasing consultant) were extra helpful and supportive of our needs. We were able to view, fix paperwork and move in a week's time. They responded to all our questions immediately and were both very professional. Highly recommend this place!

When you are looking for a place to live, there are a ton of choices. And then there are some more choices after that....Needless to say, it can be difficult to find a place that matches exactly what you are looking for. When I stepped in at Eviva for the first time, I immediately felt at home given the friendly and welcoming personalities of Eviva staff, the sense or community with the residents, and the overall design of the unit making it a comfortable lifestyle. I’m happy to be a resident at Eviva Midtown and would recommend to anyone to check this place out.

I’ve been at The Eviva now for 3 months and I absolutely love it. The building is secure, the elevators are fast, the management is awesome and you can’t beat the location. The ability to walk downstairs and be among all the reopening restaurants and bars can’t be overstated. The Capitol Park is just a block away as well and provides an awesome place to run or relax. The entire staff, specifically Brittany and Ben, are nothing short of amazing. I find The Eviva team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met and to respond to any inquiries I have. Above all, they make me feel welcome as a person and not like I’m just another tenant. I highly recommend The Eviva and only wish I’d moved in sooner!

After being turned down at 4 other places (small dog) I lucked out and found Eviva. The rent is reasonable for the heart of downtown Sacramento, it’s amazingly quiet and very clean. The best part of it is the management team, headed by Brittany. She’s been extremely helpful in solving several issue. She’s always very friendly. Georgina and Ben follow her lead. The maintenance staff keep the building in great shape. Very lucky to have found it and I recommend it highly

I've only lived at the EVIVA Midtown a few months, but already it's hard to believe I even considered anywhere else. The apartments have high ceiling and good floors, and terrific large windows - and so give you that spacious airy feeling. The location is awesome - a block from Capitol Park, and so close to so many great restaurants (and a wonderful bookstore). The customer service here is particularly off the hook - tremendously helpful, friendly, and responsive. Really a terrific place to live.

Living at EVIVA over the past year has been a special experience. Having a place that is clean, modern, and secure with a central location was important for me, and Eviva has achieved those expectations and so much more. It has been a place I can call home. I love being so close to Capitol park and having so many walkable places to eat and visit close by. The property management and maintenance team is exceptional. If I ever have an issue I always get prompt responses and it is usually resolved within 1-2 days. With so many changes that the year 2020 has brought, I can honestly say that I'm so glad I have had a safe, comfortable and positive community to stay in through it all.

Brittany, the Community Manager is probably one of the main reasons I decided to live at Eviva. Her customer service is beyond amazing. She remembers the names of all the tenants and their pets! She never fails to greet me with a smile. All of my concerns, if any are expeditiously handled. Just A+ customer service. Eviva is a beautiful, modern apt complex in the heart of midtown. I love it here. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and the beautiful Capital park/rose garden a stones throw away. Very pet friendly as well. It is a bit pricey but you are paying for the modern facility and location. There is a garage if you choose to pay the monthly parking fee. Free street parking is also available. I highly recommend Eviva.

I have lived at Eviva for the past year. It has been a great experience. The apartments are very modern and stylish. You are in a great location - close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks. Eviva staff are simply the best - super professional and helpful. They will go above and beyond for their residents. The property is well maintained. Amenities are pretty cool. I would 100% recommend you choose this place.

I relocated to Sacramento for work a year ago, and I visited several apartment buildings prior to making a decision of where I wanted to call “home”. Eviva Midtown stood out among them all. For me, it started with the staff. The property management and leasing staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They work hard to ensure the residents feel comfortable, and that was evident upon my first visit. The apartment itself is what sold me next. Obviously, the location is ideal, but also, I love the floor plan and updated appliances. Since moving in, I’ve found the property management and leasing staff to really live up to my first impression. From what I can tell, they know the residents by name and work to create a great living experience for all of us, especially considering the precautions they have taken during the pandemic. I’m a year into living here and I just renewed my lease — it’s safe to say I feel great about my decision and would recommend Eviva to anyone who asks.

Near tons of restaurants and close to Downtown. Very pet friendly. Many residents have a pet here. Love how the office offers treats for dogs when you stop by to say hi. Well-maintained with high-end features. Parking on-site which is a bonus feature here in Midtown.

I've been living here for over 2 years and really enjoy it. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Residents are welcoming and friendly as well. It's a high-end apartment in a great location in Midtown. Near many restaurants and parks. And love that it's pet friendly.

Updated apartments with great amenities. Extremely nice staff and quick to respond to any requests. Very safe and never any issues with noise. Love this place.

EVIVA Midtown was an amazing home for 2 years. The building is well-maintained the apartments are beautiful, modern, and clean. Most of all, we loved EVIVA for the staff and community, who were a second family and always there to support one another. I highly recommend EVIVA Midtown for anyone looking to live in a joyful, safe, and convenient community!
