We have been here almost 5 months and to be honest we are extremely happy! Everything here is always so organize, clean and peaceful. Kenzie and Angelina are great, both of them do an amazing job, they are always profesional and taking care of things, they always solve any situation right away and their customer service is amazing. Maintenance team do their work pretty good and fast, they are super nice! We can’t complain, we made a great decision to move here and we hope everything stays like this because they are doing amazing!

I moved from Arlington, Virginia. I found Everwell at Bexley listing on Apartments.com. It was brand new at the time and wasn’t listed when I went to look at apartments in June. Everwell at Bexley had availability based on my criteria and they worked with me in not only finding a suitable apartment, but were very communicative and patient with about all the questions I had. Renting an apartment sight unseen is not easy. Here is a list of criteria that Everwell at Bexley met: Although the building only had 3 floors, there is an elevator. Most 3 story apartments don’t have elevators. My husband is 74 and is done with stairs, never mind the added moving costs of carrying a recliner sofa up 3 sets of stairs. Private parking garage Extra storage space Year round pool access Latest safety standards such as sprinklers in every room Code to latest hurricane standards plus we are inland Proximity to Tampa International airport so my kids can visit from Canada. Proximity to everything such as a Walmart Super Center, Loews, Costco, Tampa Premium Outlets. Proximity to two major highways (589 and 275) We love our very spacious 1700 sf 3 bedroom apartment. Most 3 bedrooms I looked at had an average of 1350 sf. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room area makes quite the impression when you enter the apartment. Add to that the huge wraparound screened in balcony. Morning coffee looking at the pond is a great way to start the morning. We basically live in a nature preserve and I love the peace and serenity. We have so many windows. I love raising all the shades and opening the windows themselves. It feels like you are letting the outside. We are so fortunate to be the first tenants in our apartment and are loving the brand new state of the art appliances. Spacious fridge and dishwasher. Full size washer and dryer. I’ve had so much fun decorating our home. Lastly, the amenities. Fabulous pool area with palm trees, private cabanas and those curvy chairs that sit in the shallow water. It feels like resort living all the time. The clubhouse has a coffee bar that offers many kinds of coffee, including hot chocolate. It offers a pool table, shuffle board and a separate poker room. You can even stop by the leasing office where they offer a wine dispenser (that clinched it, lol). Various grill areas and all the grills work. A large dog park where we are forming a community with other dog owners. The leasing office plans community events every week.

My family has been living here since August 2024, and I really enjoy this place. The complex offers several advantages that led us to choose it: It’s new. We liked our apartment and its layout; being the first tenants is wonderful. We appreciate the amenities on the premises, such as the luxurious pool, relaxation areas, gym, and clubhouse, all of which add coziness and a comfortable atmosphere here. Of course, it’s unfortunate that there are now temporary restrictions on accessing common areas; this isn’t always convenient, especially for those who work until the evening. It would be great to have the opportunity to spend time with guests or friends in this wonderful place. We wish you to grow and develop, to maintain the initially set standard, to remain outstanding, and to stay the best among the best places—always living up to your name.

Everwell at Bexley is a 5 start community . The maintenance staff will complete your request within the hour and you’ll receive a confirmation email that the task has been completed which is so nice. All three ladies in the office are beyond fantastic, they are beyond friendly and helpful . The community is quiet in terms of no kids having parties or loud music or nonsense going on from neighbors. Everyone is respectful and friendly. The office throws many events every month to engage with its residents . We are a family of 4 and have a newborn and a 4 year old and we love all the walking trails around and the fact I can take my kids to the gym on site is fantastic with the outside turf area for them to play and not disturb others and get nice sunshine and workout next to their beautiful pool area where you feel like your at a resort. The details of the hotel like smells pumped through air in the clubhouse and gym and the ambience music always playing and the details of finishes to the landscaping are 5 stars. Again making it feel like your at a resort. I can go on forever with everything I love but to wrap it up the key fob access to the building so your know you and your family and animals are safe from randos coming in and the tall ceilings and wide apartments make it feel more grand and luxurious. So needless to say 10/10 recommend Everwell at Bexley to be your new home ! Thank you staff the Herbert’s love our home!!!

Everwell is a fantastic place to live! Living at Everwell has been awesome. Great staff at the office and always ready to answer questions asked. Great place for a walk after a hard days work and I absolutely love the gym. Everwell is definitely 5 stars!

Been living in this complex for a couple of months and I have noticed they are slowly going downhill with community not taking care of the surroundings in the community. For example, I example, I have noticed they don’t vacuum the hallways that have carpeting, they should be vacuuming these hallways once a week, specially for how much they a charging a month in rent, but they don’t. Also, the landscaping is horrible, dogs pee everywhere and they are not taking care of it. Tenants like to barbecue around eight-9 o’clock at night and are loud with their Spanish music when people have to work the next day. They are very inconsiderate. The apartment complex needs to send out an email with certain rules so people respect them. Barbecues are dirty because of inconsiderate people not cleaning after they are done barbecuing. An email needs to be sent out with these kind of rules so tenants follow them. instead of having these potlucks for thanksgiving’s, spend more money in landscaping and keeping the appearance of this community clean. set some rules in these community or else it will fast go downhill and turn into a section 8.

Kenzie did a great job with showcasing the different floor plans that would be suitable to my needs. The community has amazing floor plans whether you are looking for a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment.
Carly and Kenize have been amazing in helping me find a new place to live! They are responsive and cordial. I have enjoyed my experience during the leasing process at Everwell and am so excited for my new home! The amenities and master planning are top notch! Truly happy to find a location that feels luxurious and it's not just a description on the sign!
