They need new front desk people and a property manager that returns your calls..... never saw my apartment before I moved in. Layout was different than what I signed for. Never once got a call about being approved or even about my move in date. I had to make all the efforts and call them! Pathetic.
Great value for the price! Clean, modern, spacious units with awesome amenities. I would highly recommend.
Management and maintenance are always willing to help and create a perfect place to live!

Landlord management is scummy. Do not fix in-unit utilities, do not answer inquiries, are not available for maintaining the property / managing their tenant community. For the price you would expect better.

The location here is good with easy access to shopping / groceries. The interior of the units are not the greatest and there is no concrete separation, so you can hear everything in the apartment next to you. I would not recommend living here. Move-in is quick due to private exterior entrances. A third floor unit is decent but I still would not recommend due to management and cost/value.
