Coming up on my 8 months lease. It's been chilled and a great place to experience. The only thing I would say is that the Internet needs a lot of work and needs to be faster. Other than that, great staff and community.

Some people are loud and obviously throwing parties earlier in the semester, but other than that it's nice. The kitchens are well laid out and it's great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The airflow in certain rooms is lacking with AC, and there's an issue with the ladybugs randomly appearing from like October to February. Parking is nice and there's usually always a space available.

I have enjoyed staying at the Everson, the Management has been great. I had trouble when I first moved in and they made things right in a timely matter. They are always quick to respond and reach out to make sure the residents are happy. I would say I would definitely recommend the Everson to students looking for housing, not as much people of my age who are graduated and just working at WCU.

Not a great place to live. You can get a way better price for a nicer place in other apartment complexes nearby. Pressure you into renewing a lease way too early on while simultaneously increasing rent. Constant random check ins and inspections feel like an invasion of privacy due to how frequent it is. The only reason i’m still here is because i'm forced to be so do yourself a favor and find something better

Everything was great. Staff is nice, and the apartment is quiet so if your on staff at Western it is great. The appliances and rooms are up to date and feels super clean to live in. The AC works great as well.

I just recently signed my first lease with everson! Everyone was very quick and kind, Natalie (i think that was her name? She worked at the desk) was super knowledgeable and had a lot of info and was able to answer all of our questions, and Alex (Leasing Manager) was super kind and promptly cleared up a misunderstanding after a less then stellar phonecall with someone at the front desk. 10/10, definitely one of the easiest leasing processes I have been through!

Besides some roommate issues love living at the Everson. Love the location of my unit and it’s not too loud ( occasionally, it will be due to the windows and walls kind of being thin). The staff are lovely too.

Overall it is good for the apartments in the area. Maintenance is by far the best part of the apartment as they are kind and always doing their best. However, I dislike how old some appliances are (took 6 months of broken AC and heat to get it replaced, not maintenance's fault but the fault of whoever approves getting new units). Additionally, when I signed my lease two years ago, I was told it would be refurbished. It has never been my entire time here. I have the same old appliances and fixtures. Rent ranges widely as well. I have been in one of the smaller rooms in a 4 bed unit and pay $100 more in rent than my roommate who moved in way later than I and she has the largest room. Some things do not make sense either, like having the breaker in one of the bedrooms meaning if my roommate locks her door we cannot access it. This apartment is one of the best around, but keep in mind you will not be getting the same quality compared to apartments in other cities at the same price.

Living at Everson Apartments is pretty great experience. You get amazing mountain views, a nice gym to stay active, and a super quiet atmosphere perfect for relaxing or getting stuff done. Plus, it’s just minutes from WCU, so getting to class is easy. Is a pretty great place.

So far it's been pleasant and quiet. Staff at front desk always helpful. The gym is pretty awesome, I've gotten to use some the equipment. The prizes the staff does for for the community is on another level that is great.

My experience as a resident is going pretty good. I enjoy my living environment and the free snacks you give. I like it here so far. The events they host and goodie bags they give us are very nice. It gives us a chance to connect with one another. The pool is always clean and the new gym equipment is great.

Really kind office and maintenance staff. It’s a little bit more expensive than the other off-campus housing. Very small rooms and closets. Amazing daylight. It gets super hot fast. There are no ceiling fans or a light in our living room. Beautiful place

Not a terrible place to live as long as you don’t have any issues with to resolve with the office. The complex is not very accessible in terms of walking to campus. It’s a safety concern.

The Everson has been nothing short of a great place to live! It's more or less on the edge of WCU's campus which makes it great for walking to class, and its not far from SCC, a ten minute drive at most! The community is great, and the staff are very friendly, and the matienance team is nothing short of amazing! My only grievances, and these are very small, is the gym is a little small, and I wish there was more visitor parking, but overall my experience here has been wonderful.

I enjoy living here ,the rent isn't to high and the staff is always so sweet I like how they try to do different events to keep people engaged in the community. I love living here! I’ve felt at home since the first time I walked into the leasing office. I never have any problems here, never had a noise problem and the complex is clean. Love the in-unit laundry! Can’t wait to finish my college career living here.

I really enjoy the community and the area. I have lived here for a little over a year and have come to love it! The staff that works in the office is very friendly and easy going, what to answer questions and help with whatever is needed! The views that the mountains give are incredible so that is another plus. Definitely would recommend!

Pretty close to western and the people in the office are nice. Love the kitchen and the space in my room. Just enough for my stuff. They hold event and they look fun.

Everyone is always great in the office, and maintenance is always fast. The office people are always super friendly. They always greet you by name and take time to get to know you. the office does an awesome job with hosting community events that are super fun.

A great place to live, very quiet and relaxed community. Newly renovated apartments are quite nice, all appliances work and the new flooring is pretty.

It’s been great love it here. The staff and maintenance are really amazing. They care a lot about the residents. This is my first apartment and I don’t think the experience could have been better than the one I have here at the peaks.

I’ve had a great experience living at The Everson it'swell-maintained, and the management team is responsive and friendly. The amenities, like the gym and lounge, are small but good and really enhance the living experience. My unit is spacious, with great natural light and a great View. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is I would like to see the hallways cleaner. However, it’s a minor issue compared to everything else this place offers. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The community as a whole is just fine the issue is individuals but you can't help that. The apartments themselves have a very relaxing vibe and are so convenient for getting to campus
Nice staff, and set up. Really hyped on the new gym equipment. Haven't moved in yet, but excited to see how it goes for my first apartment. Staff has made me feel very welcome.

No apartment complex is perfect, but the Everson does a good job at providing good living spaces relative to the price. My roomates are great and my living space is clean. My only concern is the Wi-Fi. It cuts out occasionally, but other than that, no complaints!

I like it here. It’s quiet. I have no issues, and the ones I did have were addressed within the day. The staff are very nice. My dog is very comfy here as well.

Great place live, nice staff, I'm very happy at Everson! The whole apartment and my bedroom were freshly renovated when I moved in. Nice and fresh smell of a new carpet. If my job goes OK, I will definitely renew the lease for the next year. I would recommend this place for living to all friends of mine. Glad to be here and stay at Everson!
