So pleasant to live here! The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you have the best experience at the Everson. They also make sure all your maintenance is met . The Everson has a lot of events for the community which is another big bonus

Living at the Everson has been fantastic so far! Rent is so cheap for all the amenities we get. Our maintenance worker is incredibly friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable!

I love my apartment it’s super quiet, nice and clean very spacious. Maintenance is fast and easy. Short convenient drive to college and necessary locations.

It’s been good living in the Everson. Neighbors have been great and respectful. Roommates have been caring and supportive. My time here has been nothing short of great.

The complex is very roomy and welcoming. This year has been good so far with a lot of new experiences to come. The events had been amazing this year and the pool is the chill spot for me.

Very quiet living. It is incredibly clean, and I find this area to be very friendly. The apartment complex is not the most strict one either, which means you are not living on the edge of random walks or intrusion of privacy.

Pretty quiet environment and staff are very friendly! Free snacks, drinks, dog treats, and poop bags in the community office are a plus!! Maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner.

Lied about several things, including WiFi and routing issues, in order to get me to sign a lease with them and make them look better. No one at the office knows what they’re talking about and contradict one another, and then will try and gaslight you like you don’t know what you’re talking about for everything. Super invasive about your right to privacy as a tenant, having a check one month after moving in about something that should’ve been checked before move in. But I’m sure will come up with excuses for all of these things. Not looking good so far and can see why they have bad reviews. Seems they didn’t learn their lesson after changing their name and “management”.

Unit was not ready for move in. I was told I had to clean the community space even though only one tenant was living there, while the other 2 got evicted. Most things were unclean and didn’t meet first apartment expectations. Made excuses for not being able to accommodate my roommate request even before deadline.

The apartment was reasonably clean with all working appliances and lights. All furniture is in great condition. Never had an issue they couldn't fix. Very polite and helpful staff and maintenance. Nice and friendly neighborhood. So many cute pets!

It's been good, the everson team works hard on making us feel welcome and have good communication with the community. The pool looks great, the events are awesome!!

Everyone is kind, patient, understanding, and they communicate very well with any issue or comments I have. This place truly is a safe haven

I love my apartment but I wish there was more space and I wish that it got cleaned better before moving in. There’s something in the air that is affecting me that I’m allergic to or the air has irritants but I sneeze every time I go in my room.

Being a resident at everson has been really peaceful. The residents who live around me are really nice and quiet. I hardly have any noise complaints.

I moved in and my room was clean and wonderful, I love living here, the only downside is that I've found creepy crawlies in my room and they freak me out. My roommate is also never there because of a mold issue that maintenance keeps checking in on, she needs her ceiling replaced.

Been to some Everson events and had a lot of fun. I wish there were more events, especially on the weekends when I have the most free time. I love living in my own room off campus as I get my own bathroom and living space to relax as much as I want.

My apartment was dirty upon move in but otherwise I’ve found the leasing office helpful, the maintenance staff kind, quick, and helpful, and I enjoy the amenities.

The staff are very friendly and the clubhouse is very nice and up to date. Kitchen is well appointed for the price point with the only main issue being dirtiness of unit when I arrived to the apartment. For the price absolutely worth it.

The amenities are a huge plus—[you can fill in specifics like pool, gym, dog park, clubhouse, etc.]—and they’re always clean and enjoyable to use. I also love the convenient location, close to [shopping, restaurants, parks, work, etc.]. Overall, this is one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. It really feels like home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to live.

Wi-Fi has barely been working at all, making it difficult to get anything done. Other than that, the apartment is pretty clean, and roommates and staff are kind.

Awesome view, I moved in and everything fell into place quickly. I love my new space in this 1 bedroom, it’s got just enough space for me to be able to work and relax with sufficient room.

Not horrible but also not the best. Would maybe have done 3.5/5 there’s a lot that I don’t like or problems we’ve had but the staff has definitely been helpful.

So far, as a day one move in, it's been relatively quiet around here. To me that is a good thing because it brings about a peaceful vibe. May change in the future or it may not.

It has truly been a joy living here! All of the staff are wonderful, the property is beautiful and well maintained, and the sense of community is amazing!

Every time I call, someone is always available to help me with what I need. The portal is easy to use and I can see all I need to do before moving in.

It’s been nice and peaceful, offices snacks come in clutch and the gym is nice and not to busy. I just need the pool to be done and I’m be happy!

Coming up on my 8 months lease. It's been chilled and a great place to experience. The only thing I would say is that the Internet needs a lot of work and needs to be faster. Other than that, great staff and community.

Been a great experience, I move out in July since I graduated and I will miss this place as it was my first apartment alone. Accommodated residents well and had no problems

Some people are loud and obviously throwing parties earlier in the semester, but other than that it's nice. The kitchens are well laid out and it's great having a washer and dryer in the unit. The airflow in certain rooms is lacking with AC, and there's an issue with the ladybugs randomly appearing from like October to February. Parking is nice and there's usually always a space available.

It was cool! I love being here and I loved the community. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been quick to answer. It’s honestly pretty cool.

The apartment complex seems organized and well maintained. Located in a beautiful area. It’s close to the university and an easy commute. Apartment staff were responsive and helpful.

I have enjoyed staying at the Everson, the Management has been great. I had trouble when I first moved in and they made things right in a timely matter. They are always quick to respond and reach out to make sure the residents are happy. I would say I would definitely recommend the Everson to students looking for housing, not as much people of my age who are graduated and just working at WCU.

Not a great place to live. You can get a way better price for a nicer place in other apartment complexes nearby. Pressure you into renewing a lease way too early on while simultaneously increasing rent. Constant random check ins and inspections feel like an invasion of privacy due to how frequent it is. The only reason i’m still here is because i'm forced to be so do yourself a favor and find something better

Everything was great. Staff is nice, and the apartment is quiet so if your on staff at Western it is great. The appliances and rooms are up to date and feels super clean to live in. The AC works great as well.

The location is very nice and the apartment was just updated with new appliances before I moved in . It is really close to the school which is very convenient.

I just recently signed my first lease with everson! Everyone was very quick and kind, Natalie (i think that was her name? She worked at the desk) was super knowledgeable and had a lot of info and was able to answer all of our questions, and Alex (Leasing Manager) was super kind and promptly cleared up a misunderstanding after a less then stellar phonecall with someone at the front desk. 10/10, definitely one of the easiest leasing processes I have been through!

Besides some roommate issues love living at the Everson. Love the location of my unit and it’s not too loud ( occasionally, it will be due to the windows and walls kind of being thin). The staff are lovely too.

I will be moving in Fall 2025. I liked all the amenities and the apartment space. My tour guide provided great insight making the decision easy.

Overall it is good for the apartments in the area. Maintenance is by far the best part of the apartment as they are kind and always doing their best. However, I dislike how old some appliances are (took 6 months of broken AC and heat to get it replaced, not maintenance's fault but the fault of whoever approves getting new units). Additionally, when I signed my lease two years ago, I was told it would be refurbished. It has never been my entire time here. I have the same old appliances and fixtures. Rent ranges widely as well. I have been in one of the smaller rooms in a 4 bed unit and pay $100 more in rent than my roommate who moved in way later than I and she has the largest room. Some things do not make sense either, like having the breaker in one of the bedrooms meaning if my roommate locks her door we cannot access it. This apartment is one of the best around, but keep in mind you will not be getting the same quality compared to apartments in other cities at the same price.
