The maintenance team here is the best, Sid and Macon. Priscilla in the office is about the first office person, when you ask her about something she gets it done. Its sad when the office people change so often but so far she has been the best!

Everly place environment is recommendable especially for family. The whole place is neat, tidy, well maintained with facilities (pool, gym, function room, bbq pit and fireplace). Everly is beautiful aesthetically, we so love the landscape outside with beautiful flowers. We also like that we have a designated room for delivery packages separated with the mails. We hope that the management will continue to maintain the property well and organized.

We had a love at first sight with Everly place and after 1 week of staying we are loving it. Everything is nice, clean, tidy and organized. We love how the property is being managed and well maintained. Kudos!

Everly is clean, quiet, safe, and reasonably priced. The maintenance people and the front office people are knowledgeable and friendly. Fellow residents are also friendly. Amenities include garage parking at no added cost, a fitness room, a community room, and an outside pool. Further, within one-half mile there's a supermarket, a restaurant, a donut shop, an I-95 entrance, and a I-95 exit.

The people I have dealt with at Everly, Calli, Pricila, Macon and Sid have been great.

Love living in the Everly community. Lots of incredible amenities. Spacious apartments, beautiful layouts and appliances, big balconies, this place is next level. All the staff here are amazing and do an A job

Everly has sunk lower and lower. Resident class has diminished. Sad

Everly has become a home for myself and my family. The location is super convenient for shopping and all high ways. We love having a pool and access to a gym. The community area comes in handy when having friends over. Love that we get together as a building community when the front staff plans events for us.

On first floor not sure where to put additional recycled bottle or boxes not included in trash pick up.

Poor community with office management team. Never able to get anyone on the phone. Unfinished hallway aand stairwell renovations. Rodents.

Living at Everly is great! Mike and Priscilla from the leasing office are very professional and supporting, while Sid and Macon on the maintenance crew are friendly and detail oriented, they all make Everly a great place to call home.

Beautiful Grounds. GYM; Impeccable care of POOL. Close to MP. Hotel close for Guests. Parking. Close to Highways and Town of Wakefield (Lake, etc.)

My experience with Everly has been really great so far! The neighbors and community members are super friendly, and their dogs are always well-behaved and easy to approach. The grounds are well-maintained and change beautifully with the seasons. The interiors are cozy, spacious, and kept clean. Maintenance is usually on top of things, though the elevators can be a bit unpredictable and go down occasionally.

Everly is a place I am proud to call home, the management office and service team is friendly, the apartment homes are great, and the landscaping around the grounds is amazing!

Great start but a bad ending. I lived here for about 11 months. Building maintenance is fantastic (Sid). Awesome neighbors and friends I made in the building. After about 8 months, my key fob (along with others in the building) stopped working. I could not access any amenities for almost 6 weeks(pool, gym, package room, lounge, most exterior doors). For weeks I was told a new key was coming but that didn’t happen. Because of this, I chose to leave and I worked with the regional management team on a peaceful departure. Unfortunately, they decided to breach the lease contract and put me on a month to month rental which doubled my rent cost for my final month (without any written consent). I have an email stating that I would simply pay my last months rent based on the renewed lease terms. I would not recommend leasing here. Also, nobody here picks up their dog poop. It’s disgusting.

This is the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, the residents are nice, the amenities are amazing, beautiful pool, new grills, a fire pit, gorgeous gym with lots of equipment. I feel like I’m living in a resort! I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury apartment to schedule a tour here.

Everly 14 Audubon Rd has met every expectation I had while taking the jump to move into my first luxury apartment home. This was a very fast paced move and they were great at working on my timeline. They exhibited great communication and transparency on the details. Overall, the Everly team has provided me with the resources I need to now build my new home and establish myself! I love that Everly 14 Audubon is my new place and livelihood.

I love living here. It’s a beautiful place to live. The layout of the rooms is perfect and I have plenty of space. I’ve recommended thr Everly to my friends.

Everly Apartments has been my home for five years, and it's been fantastic. The parking garage, with optional reserved spots, makes parking easy. The user-friendly mobile app minimizes the need for office staff, who are always friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to the remodeling of the club room, pool, and gym. The sense of community here is wonderful, and the dog treats in the lobby are a great touch. Overall, Everly Apartments offers top-notch amenities, a friendly atmosphere, and a true sense of home.

Grounds are kept very well/Beautiful; Clean pool "EVERY" Day; Maintenance VERY responsive; love Trash Butler; however, I have to admit after almost almost 5 years I didn't know Recycle pickup was only on Tuesdays. Wish there were Speed Bumps INSIDE the garage for Safety; Alterations to Apartments for valid issues are handled well. Issues with neighbors handled immediately. EXTREMELY elated that the Rugs are now being cleaned from "animal" issues. Packages are now being left on the wrong floor and remain in the lobby on weekends...up for grabs.

My girlfriend and I have been looking for a studio or 1x1, the apartment home search had not been looking great, until we stumbled upon the Everly. We saw a 1x1 within our budget and decided to do our research and book a tour, right off the bat, the Everly staff including Mikey G., Ethan L., and Alexa C., were super excited we reached out and they connected with us right away. When we arrived for the tour I was blown away by the building's appearance, we could tell it was maintained very well, and once we looked at the apartment we knew right away that we would apply, we later got to meet the maintenance team, including Makin, who is very friendly and professional, the apartment home was shining clean when we moved in. We have no complaints about Everly so far, they have made it super easy to schedule a tour, apply, and move in! 5 out of 5 experience with our first apartment home! I highly recommend moving here if you are looking to end the apartment home search!

Parking lot not secure. Grounds are ruined by the amount of dogs.

Great location with grocery stores and restaurants and shops just across the street. Very pet friendly with a lot of green space to walk your dog.

I enjoy living here so much I just renewed for another year. The community is quiet, common areas are spotless and the staff is always accommodating. Great place to be!

Very pet friendly. People seem respectful of keeping the property clean from pet refuse etc. That is a tribute to the maintenance staff as well.

We moved in Oct if 2019 and we can not rave enough about this place! Between the office staff ( Hira) and maintenance staff (Sid and Sean) we couldn’t ask for anything more! The grounds are beautiful, the club house and gym are always clean and organized and the pool and grills are a plus! HIGHLY recommend living here!

Beware, horrible property manager . Rude and unprofessional with total with total lack of respect. How do you have 2 people at the different times see a unit and not honor an appt! Just awful! There should be no rude behavior or snarky comments. As a property manager, one must be able to keep their cool no matter how difficult or annoying the situation with the tenant or landlord If this staff is the face or first contact for Everly Appt’s I would not recommend this place to anyone! You have been warned!

Average apartment in a good area with slightly above average rent prices (depending on when you sign the lease). These style apartments have become cookie cutter and are a dime a dozen. The only unique feature at Everly is the location in my opinion.

The Everly experience is well organized, receptive to the needs of it's residents and is prompt in the executions of those needs. The opportunity to have an included grocery delivery service very definitely puts the Every experience way beyond the ideal !!
