Staff at the leasing office are incredibly helpful and kind and truly care about this community, the maintenance workers are incredibly friendly and getting to know them has been wonderful. I hope to see more community events in the future so we can get to know our neighbors and foster a sense of community in our complex

Overall it’s great. They staff is awesome. They address all my concerns and needs when I go to the office. The maintains men are also awesome. They go above and beyond, very helpful and even help when I didn’t put in a service order! The only problem I have is the pest.

Good place to live. The leasing staff is great and the neighborhood is quiet. My kids have a safe environment to play in. if you move here you will not be disappointed.

One of the worst places I have ever lived in my whole life. They flooded me twice, collapsed my ceiling, destroyed my furniture, endless roaches, horrible neighbors, high crime/drug dealing, black mold that they simply painted over, gas leak and cutoff in mid winter...mind you, they took nothing off my rent for all these issues. It was constant problems at unreasonably high rent prices. This place needs to just be shut down. Do NOT rent here...I wouldn't put my worst enemy in here.

These apartments are disgusting! There are roaches everywhere! My food cabinet, my fridge, my dish cabinet, the dish washer, you name it! I’m literally embarrassed to even live here or have anyone over because of the amount of roaches! And don’t get my started on the trash! This apartment complex is gross! Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have lived here since September of last year!! Besides loving my upgraded, quaint and affordable apartment, I love the staff, with the exception of the front desk clerk. I think her name is Sharika. Everytime I have gone into the office, I overheard her speaking about someone else’s business and not respecting the privacy of the resident. As far as Natasha, Jorge and Silmarie are, very professional and friendly. Always making you feel very comfortable. Work orders are done promptly and the grounds of the community are always neat and clean. This will be my home for a couple of years!! Angela Davis

My family and I moved here in October 2017. This was the second apt. complex we looked at and we feel in love. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Coming from out-of-state, they were VERY informative about the neighborhood. Hats off to Jorge, Natasha, Silmarie and Sharika in helping my family nestle in comfortable to a new environment. I would highly recommend you to call this place home!!

This apartment complex is run by people who just don't care. Also bugs are every where outside at night time and they get into your apartment. The management here does not care about the residents at all. When you go into the office to explain something they just call you a liar & tell you tough luck. Getting something resolved is impossible. I have never had this problem before in my life.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. These people are conartist! They are so nice when they're trying to get you to move in and once you sign the lease their attitude changes completely. Office staff is rude including management, they WILL NOT fix your maintenance issues no matter how many times you complain to them. The place is crawling with roaches, my apartment got infested I reported the issues several times and NOTHING was done. The pool is closed every Monday for "maintenance" which I'm sure they won't tell you until you move in, it's also closed multiple other days of the week for "cleaning" MORE LIES. They will tell you that you're paying water for YOUR own usage but no you are splitting the water bill with the rest of your building for usage as a whole. Over all HORRIBLE place to live, I could go on and on about the problems I experienced here. I lived here 4 months before deciding to terminate my lease and get out of there. Don't do it to yourself!!

I've been here since December 2016. Marie, Ashley and the Manager Has been Super attentive, friendly, and really helpful understanding throughout transition. The apartments are very nicely modeled and nice. Even after being here for while the staff and even maintenance are very upbeat enthusiastic when it's comes to any and everything. The staff is very understanding and communication is outstanding!!! The complex itself is clean and they remodeled the office and gym which looks amazing. I really appreciate the team of 2800 at Sweetwater, more complexs should have this type of upbeat positive attitude. They just make you feel right at home, like family. This neighborhood is family friendly, quiet, and just a peaceful place to live life. If you looking for that place to raise a family or just needing your first place this great place to call home. Marie really is great at her job, she seems to love what she does and she is one of my favorite. Right along with Ashley and the Lady Manager. There's new people in the office too, that seems nice as well. I haven't had any bug problems since I been here but I'm not sure its because it's summer or the neighbors being dirty but I'm seeing them pop out every now and then. However the office and I communicate well and the bud sprayer will be coming soon. I give them more than a five if I could.

Floor plans are great, however, when a maintenance request is made, and it's considered minor, you'll be put on the waiting list. Not usually one to complain but there's no sense of urgency unless you're a new applicant. I've been told for 2 days that my request will be done but not guaranteed when. I have, currently as I type, dead roaches in my kitchen light. I've requested several times for this unit to be treated so this won't keep happening. This is the 4th occasion a request has been made for a treatment and cleaning of the light fixture. How disgusting is it to prepare meals in a kitchen with visible pests right above you?
