I moved in a little over 2 years ago and am extremely happy living here. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. I feel extremely safe here, which is very important as a single woman. It is pretty quiet and has beautiful views of the mountains. The grounds are well kept, as is the entire property. My unit is the perfect size and equipped with all the necessary appliances. It is close to shops and restaurants and the hospital is just a few minutes away. The residents are a diverse group ranging in age from 55-95. There are so many assorted activities - something for everyone and a beautiful pool, which I use daily. I am very content living here.

The living conditions are excellent here but are very noisy at times when the Waste Management truck comes by. My cat is very scared of the noise! Thank upu!

I moved in just a few weeks ago. The place is kept immaculate! The residents are very friendly and helpful. Lisa, Monica S and Monica A are the best team in managing this complex!
I love living here. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and resolve any issues. My unit is a perfect size for me and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. There are so many assorted activities. I love the continental breakfast every morning. The grounds are beautiful kept as is the entire building. The location is perfect. So close to shops, restaurants and the hospital. The residents are friendly and look out for one another. I couldn’t be happier!

I have lived at Avenida for a year and a half and recently renewed my lease for 2 more years. I love living here. The staff are all very helpful and I have made several friends here. The grounds and the buildings themselves are well kept. There are endless activities and fun happy hours and assorted entertainment. It is a great place to live.
Avenida is a fantastic place to experience desert living. Centrally located in Palm Desert, it offers a safe environment and is conveniently close to everything. The mountain views during walks are truly breathtaking. The community provides the feel of a condominium within an apartment setting. The pool and gym are standout features, and the staff is friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues that arise.
I’m very happy I made the decision to move to Avenida last August. I live on the Ground floor and love the fact that it is close to where all the activities are sponsored, exercising, gym, private dining room, great room, cafe, creative room, theater and recycle room. I have participated in a lot of the activities offered. I especially look forward to Happy Hour every Tuesday at four o’clock because I enjoy seeing and visiting with my friends while enjoying a small glass of wine, .

Avenida Apartments is the place to be for 55 plus. It has all kinds of activites to keep you moving, socializing and mentally stimulated. Its a quiet and fun place to enjoy your golden years. Be it swimming or relaxing in the jacuzzi, arts and crafts, the complimentary breakfast is also a great time to meet your community and have converstations. I do enjoy the social events the staff provides. Happy Hour is way cool. They are a caring group of individuals that make our living here a great experience. It's the cats meow of senior living.

I love living here. Most residents are very friendly. I attend a lot of the activities, especially Happy Hour every Tuesday at four o’clock. It gives me a chance to spend time with my friends and meet other people. Since I don’t have a car, I truly appreciate the rides I can take for shopping, dentist, or doctor. They are scheduled twice a week from nine to twelve O’clock and is included in your rent.

I love living at Avenida. It is centrally located - close to shops, restaurants and the hospital. The units are an ideal size and very well equipped. The property is very well maintained. The staff are quite exceptional. They go over and above to make sure the residents are happy. There are numerous activities - something for everyone. The residents are friendly - like one big happy family. I can’t say enough things things about Avenida. The best decision I ever made!

I have only been here for 2 weeks but it is more like a resort than an apartment complex. I've taken their little shuttle bus and used their balance class and was very pleased with both...the shuttle driver, Allen, is very agreeable with taking everyone where they need to go and the instructor, Deb, is excellent and makes exercising fun! Who would have thought.

The building was beautiful inside and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Many joyful activities are offered and I have participated in a lot of them. They also show movies three times a week and have live entertainment often. I thoroughly enjoy living here also because residents seem happy and are very friendly.

Avenida is beautiful building which makes it a pleasure to live here and invite friends. The landscaping is water efficient and enhances the beauty of the complex. The recreation and meeting facitities are wonderful including the pool and spa area. The social activities for the residents are supurb with something happening all the time. We have met many prople and made some good friends. The management does a great job in hosting regular complimentary parties and special events.
