Everleigh is a wonderful place to live. I have other friends who live in senior apartments and they are not nearly as nice. We have lots of trees, especially our super nice dog park. When you first enter the main entrance everything is well lit and beautifully decorated. The halls on each floor are also wide, well lit and nicely decorated. Other apartments are narrow and not well lit. And I feel very safe when all the entrance gates are closed. Our buildings are always secure. I recommend Everleigh anytime someone asks me about where I live.

Everleigh Lakeline is a friendly and mostly active property. The maintenance team is the best ever. The heated pool is great and the activities are awesome. Just a note that this property is not ADA friendly so if you do have disabilities please make sure that you come to the property and try to open the doors by yourself to see if you can negotiate the entrance doors.
This is a wonderful place to live. A lot of good friends.
Only been residing here for 2 days and still finding out all facilities in this wonderful community. It certainly is impressive!!
Everleigh Lakeline is a wonderful place to live. I especially love the dog park with large trees to hide the sun most of the day. Also appreciate the well lite wide hallways. There are also many events lead by residents or Everleigh on most days. These things make Everleigh a great place to live.
I love where I live and have had no real issues. Oz, our maintenance guy, and the entire staff are superb. Our crew is friendly and seems to care, with an open-door policy, which is very appreciated. They have spoiled us for sure!

This is a unique facility for seniors and we have been enjoying living here since its inception. The complex is very centrally situated. The management is extremely coopetative and supporting. Technical maintenance team is very competent. The community is enjoyable and caring.

I would highly rate Everleigh for their maintenance team and feeling safe factor. If they become ADA compliant on the exterior and interior doors, I would rate Everleigh higher.

I enjoy 75% of my experience at Everleigh which keeps me here. I’ve lived here over four years. I love the hotel feel of the inside of the building. I enjoy the amenities and the other residents are terrific and make it a home. 3rd management team, slow repairs, dead trees not removed or replaced grass, mud, etc. Took 3 years to fix door fob issues. Gates are often a problem. Poor quality construction has caused major issues for maintenance. We care about our community and like our team reason we put up with issues we should not have to.

We have enjoyed our first two weeks at Everleigh. It’s better than we could have imagined! Very comfortable, quiet with the perfect location! Everyone we’ve met here is amiable and welcoming! No visitor parking is a real problem for attempting to rent apartments here. There were three visitor places to park, but the staff reserved them for themselves.

Everleigh is a wonderful place to live. My apartment is designed perfectly to fit my needs. And we have a wonderful dog park for our doggies! There are activities to keep me busy where I can interact with other people. Plus building design is great - halls are wide and bright!
