Actions reported by residents in the past not been acted upon: clean hanging curtains on 1st floor which have been present and not removed for 6 years now; add unused music to pool area at scheduled times which also could facilitate more outdoor interaction of not only swimming, provide more outdoor activities/events when weather -conducive. Open doors to outside in gathering area/ provide screening if necessary, improve ambiance, without only loud music. Lower music level to ability to hear others without strain to voice if communication mingleing is expected. Improve holiday experience, esp. Nov/Dec.

I’m very happy at Everleigh Halcyon. I’ve lived here over 15 months. Our management and maintenance teams are excellent, very responsive and friendly. I couldn’t ask for a better location - everything is under 20 minutes away. Many amenities and opportunities to form friendship with other residents during brunches, social hours, book club, games and exercise classes. Come for a tour and see for yourself!

I’ve been a resident for two years and I am very satisfied. I haven’t had many issues, however Management and the maintenance team has always responded quickly and well to anything that needed to be addressed.

My experience at Everleigh Halcyon Village was welcoming. The people are friendly and the community seems like a good place to live.

Nice facility, unfortunately the heated swimming pool is seldom heated.

I absolutely love my apartment. I love the security and housekeeping here. As noted above I have not had management appear to respond/acknowledge serious noise intrusions via the adjoining wall with my neighbor

Everleigh Halcyon Village has exceeded our expectations! We are very pleased with our floor plan and amenities. We feel the staff makes a genuine effort to make us welcome!

Great location. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly on-site staff. Few Everleigh Halcyon provided social functions when compared to other Alpharetta 55 communities.

We've only been at Everleigh Halcyon Village for a few weeks, but we already love it here. There were several reasons we chose this community, and so far, it has exceeded our expectations. The vibrant social life and variety of activities have been a lot of fun—we’ve already met some truly wonderful people. The location is perfect—close to our family, great restaurants, and everything else we need. One of the biggest perks has been the convenience. It’s such a relief not having to worry about home maintenance or property upkeep anymore. That peace of mind has made a huge difference. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience, and we’re excited to meet more of our neighbors and continue enjoying everything this community has to offer!

I have been a resident here for three years. I have no complaints. Management is above and beyond excellent.

The location adjacent to 400 makes the noise from the traffic unbearable at times. The building is starting to look shabby with dirty hallway carpets and the damage marks on walls and doors. The parking in front of the building is confusing. The management should demand the property owners mark parking and no parking areas.

Nice floor plans, nicely decorated, great staff, grounds awesome, great community events. This is what I’ve experienced so far. I hope it continues when I move in.

I have lived at Everleigh Halcyon Village for over a year and a half. I have felt secure, been welcomed as part of the community and enjoy our perks and amenities. The fact that it is a walking community is also a big plus. Our management team is always accessible and is open to any questions we might have. Overall, living at Everleigh Halcyon Village has made the transition to my Chapter 2, in my life, a good experience.

The staff has been excellent so far. They are helpful, courteous and prompt so far. The apartment is clean and well maintained. I'm looking forward to completing my move here.

I moved into Everleigh "Active" adult community, to enjoy all that Greystar and Halcyon had to offer. The current manager, Nicholas, has brought positive changes and vibes! Unfortunately, over the past several years we've had many staff changes, which is always a cause for concern. Having said that, the management team can only work with what corporate dictates. Cleaning: There is not, nor has there ever been, a professional cleaning company at this location. In a building of this size (160+ units and common space), it is impossible to have one person clean this entire building working three days/week. We have a lovely woman who does her best. but unfortunately, it is a never ending battle. Pool: We have never had a professional pool company at this location. Our maintenance staff does a good job maintaining chlorine levels, and along with residents, keeping the pool clean. However, a professional pool company would be able to stay ahead of any issues during a weekly inspection. Our pool is currently out of service. We have been told that the pump is out (but ordered). Having been through several winters without a heated pool (an amenity that was one of the selling points for me and many residents!) I'm not confident the pool will be heated and usable in the near future. In closing, our management and maintenance staff do their very best but corporate needs to step up and address all the issues! I would be happy to answer any questions that prospective tenants have.

I relocated from Florida to Alpharetta, Georgia and I’ve never looked back! I love living at Everleigh Halcyon for its great location - and for the community atmosphere here. Nice people, responsive management, and activities that I can seek out according to my liking. I’m very happy here.

Always above and beyond I’ve never had to wait hours or days for service even on the weekends and holidays Amazing. Office management is awesome. Great job Nick.

Love living here. Staff is always available to address any concerns that a resident has. There are plenty of activities for residents to participate in.

Lived here almost three years, it’s my home, very happy here! Lots of things to do, shop, excerise, go to movies and enjoy the resturants! A fun place!

I have lived here almost 4 years. I’ve met some wonderful people. Management is very receptive to residents needs. Pool area is beautiful. I feel safe living here. Location is great. Shopping and dining are walkable distance.

For the exception of the big, GA roaches, this is a nice place to live.

I do enjoy Everleigh Halcyon as my new home after many years in my own house in Atlanta. The friendly Staff, variety of Residents, interesting Classes, Group Activities and modern Amenities have given me a healthy fresh start at this phase of my life. I enjoy discovering this new area near my two brothers and their families. I don't miss the home maintenance and ever increasing Atlanta property taxes either! Thanks to all for providing me a smooth transition to Everleigh Halcyon's Active Community living.

The Community offers recreational activities for its Residents. Its a friendly place in which to live.

Bot h Sebastian and Malcom are efficient and courteous. They are both assets to Everleigh.

Everleigh is a wonderful, family oriented place to live. Management is available and professional. There are many activities planned and available if you want to participate. I couldn’t be happier.

Overall a wonderful place to reside. I have never regretted my decision to make Everleigh my home!

Feel good about the security of the building. Other tenants are friendly and ready to help whenever needed. Lots of great activities offered.

Quality seems to have become a distant memory of times gone past. Not so at Everleigh Halcyon Village. The apartments , amenities, ambiance, maintenance, management, and overall lifestyle is, simply put, practically perfect in every way.

The best thing about living in Everleigh Halcyon Village is the community. The residents are respectful and caring and we have made friends here very easily. There is always something to do or we can choose to just have a quiet day in our apartment. It’s a great place to live.

I've came to Everleigh Halcyon Village during the pandemic 4 years ago l'm in a safe environment surrounded by Golden Girls breakfast, lots of activities outside restaurants entertainment and a courtyard to relax weather permitting 3min away. Overall a pleasant place to live. Fairly expensive, however, nowadays everything is expensive.

Everleigh is a great place to live. The staff is excellent and always quick to respond. The building is beautiful and well kept. The area has so much to offer for an active lifestyle.
