It’s a wonderful 55 community where I saw a smile on everyone’s face, a sight that deeply moved me, especially as someone from a minority background.

I have been at Everleigh Duluth 2 1/2 years and it is home. Management is kind and can handle any questions. The other residents are fun and help each other. The activities are exciting and always well planned.

I have lived here since it opened. I have met many wonderful people, several of which I consider dear friends. Both resident led and Lifestyle Coordinator activities are fun. It is the perfect place for me.

We love living here. The staff is responsive and caring. Michelle in particular, is outstanding. Great location. Resident participation and suggestions are encouraged and supported.

This community is very well managed and maintained.

In a friendly environment, where everyone is immersed in the offered amenities, from breakfast to the pool, yoga, and more, the daily anxieties of residents of Everleigh Apartments are gently eased.

As a whole I think Everleigh Duluth is an awesome place to live with the Perfect Staff!!!!

Great place, safe environment, excellent living environment for 55

Everleigh Duluth is a quiet community with respectful and considerate neighbors, in walking distance to restaurants and active community activities and events. It is safe for traversing the streets. It is clean and nested in family friendly community.

I made a good decision to move in because they handled things quickly, accurately, kindly, held events, and provided breakfast.

I thought it would be quiet and clean since it was an apartment for people over 55, but it was in better condition than I expected, and the staff was very friendly and helpful, so I think I made a good decision.

I love the location of Everleigh Duluth as there are lots of place to walk, restaurants and the Town Green where there many events.

Our lifestyle coordinator Michellle is wonderful. She has continued with Jeopardy on Thursdays, began a medidation hour, reinstituted movie night on Monday night. We now have a line dance class on Wednesdays, bocce ball and corn hole are back. Of course our resident led activities continue as well. I just love living here.

Everleigh Duluth is always evolving to help residents feel welcome and provide fun activities.

The staff is very welcoming. Residents are helpful , as is the staff.

My experiences have been great but the appearance of the building is another issue that doesn't seem to be addressed since I've been here !!!!!;

Never had such a good experience and service when we needed to fix or install any lights etc. This place is good to living and much easy than to have house to take care of myself.

Management has been very attentive to my needs...any maintainence concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.

It is a friendly community and pleasant atmosphere.

Single digits is AWFUL. This is keeping me from recommending Everleigh. No reason for this service to remain an issue. This contract holds Everleigh back.

If you need internet service either for work or pleasure, please know that at the Everleigh Duluth Apt's. the internet/cable service is unreliable at best, and downright awful at worst!!! If upper/regional management have a solution, they have not shared it with the residents at large.

There should be some available incentives for lease renewals such as rent increased every other year for those who have been here for 3-4 yrs plus

Everleigh has a very caring staff and they make sure your needs are met. If you have any concerns they make sure that they can assist you in your concerns. The residents are very pleasant, everything is clean and kept up to par!!!! I would recommend if you are 55 and up and active, give Everleigh Duluth a try, you won’t be disappointed!

The management and residents here at Everleigh are like a big family.

Convenient, no worries if there’s air condition or any issue having a problem , facility department can come to solution right away. Different events party can meet lots of friends, comfortable and very relaxed in this area.

Thus far I am very satisfied here. I wasn't aware that this was a smokeless community, I was told two weeks after we moved in, but I've had to leave the property in order to smoke and this was a problem for me, but I've had to follow property rules to live here!

Everleigh apartments in Duluth are a great place to live at any age over 55. It is wonderful for us golden seniors past 70 or 80.

For those like me, who like to enjoy of the solitude and privacy EVERLEIGH Duluth is perfect. Everleigh has people close to my age and many organized games, meals, and other activities. Another important part of our community is no smoking.

Everleigh is great community to live in. Based on many years of experience with apartment living, the Duluth location is perfect with walkability, nearby restaurants, libary, and shopping. I can't say enough on how well the property is maintained and it's beautiful. The amenities are top notch. It's quiet and safe. The community events offered to seniors is awesome and management has been great. It's been a good experience living here.
