Evergreens at Laurel

this apartment is amazing and so comfortable especially so comfortable. I love this apartment and for the price you pay. It is so comfortable and I would choose no other apartment. I absolutely love lounging around in my apartment. I love it.

The only thing is the lack of amenities and the fact that the rent goes up extremely on top of now having to pay utilities (when I first got here it was covered which is why I decided to choose this place) I understand the cost of living is high but it should come with some kind of renovations or some kind of amenities where we can access after hours, not just the gym. We have huge lawn spaces across from the leasing office. Something can be built. Idk but overall, it’s still a good experience at evergreens and I’ve been here for a long time

Living at The Evergreens for the past 3 years has been wonderful! I really love this quiet, responsive, and community oriented environment. Management and maintenance are extremely responsive and prompt. The grounds are kept clean. The apartment is spacious and cozy. My only “complaint” is the lighting in the apartment (without the use of outside sunlight). Everything else, I love! Would highly recommend for you next home.

The Evergreens at Laurel: I absolutely love living here! Clean, spacious, washer/dryer, parking included, valet trash, professional office staff and responsive maintenance.

Staff is kind and friendly. Dog walking stations help with keeping the community clean. Valet trash helps with keeping the critters away. I'm happy to renew my lease.

Evergreens is a really good family oriented community. The staff is great and responds very quickly to any and all requests. The neighborhood is very well maintained and the local schools are good. The grocery store is nearby and the Laurel Towne center is very close too. This is a great place to live for a while.

I moved in around a week ago and my experience living here so far has been great. The staff is very kind and cooperative and their service is prompt.

The community is very safe. Staff are very friendly! Every time our apartment needs maintenance, the repair workers come either immediately or the next day. Very efficient!

Move in experience was seamless. Apartments are very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I feel comfortable walking my dog at night.

A great community with great staff is a place to call home. The added security makes it a plus plus to making home feel secure. Also, great access to highway and nightlife.

I love my apartment. I love the services I get from the leasing office too, prompt to response, and quick to action. Anytime I call or get to the office to request for a services, they come immediately to repair whatever I called for and requested. The environment always neat.

Will always love this community. My stay here has been very special peaceful and everything was always easy to reach. I always get immediate response to my requests and the staff are nothing but kind and welcoming. They are always very polite and are very good at their job. I have been living with Evergreens for two years and my experience has been great until this year when they added all these new charges with utilities. With all the changes that is happening in the economy, the worst thing to do is charge more when there’s no increase in pay. There has never been a pool here, the gym is basic (like no stair master is crazy) the gym showers are always unavailable. The amenities in the house are very basic. So to charge with renovations or upgrades doesn’t really make sense. They need to cancel the valet trash because it makes the hallways smell terrible. The staff is the best! The maintenance team is the best! The only reason I stay.

Overall, my experience has been positive. The complex is clean and the customer service at the front office is great. There are a couple things that have happened that I'm not a big fan of but they do not outweigh the positive experience that I've had.

Good overall Experience. Great maintenance, my only complaints are little parking and the overall rent increase. Other than that it is a clean and nice complex.

My experience here so far has been rather positive. I feel secure and safe. My move in has been successful. The neighborhood is very quiet so far The staff very responsive to my request.

I have been here for many years and I can say this about the team here at The Evergreens of Laurel. They are amazing at communication, services and resolutions. Make a request and the next a serviceman is looking into your problem. Some of the people in the community are cool. Courteous and Respectful comes to mind and it gives a sense of community. Only the medical examiner can remove me from here.

Thank you for making my move-in process so seamless! I didn’t see the apartment before moving in, but when I finally did, I was pleasantly surprised. The space is even better than I imagined, and I’m so happy with my choice!

I’ve been here for years and I even had my baby shower here. Friendly staff, quick maintenance, and we love free coffee, cookies and water!!!

The Evergreens at Laurel staff have consistently earned a 5/5 stars. They are attentive and proactive to the needs of my building. However, for me, it will take time to get used to Ally Evergreens and the Loft. I am sure the staff at the Evergreens at Laurel will help me through the change. Thanks Rocks & Allen for all you do!

It has been a fabulous 1st year at Evergreens at Laurel. The activities given for the community, the cleanliness, the peace & quiet inside and outside of your property. The kindness of the staff is par excellent! Just renewed my lease for another 15 months.

We have been living here for 5 years and have had nothing but exceptional service with the rental office and maintenance. Very accommodating and truly takes care of their people. I am always so happy I stumbled upon this apartment during my search. Only con is I wish the closets were a bit larger. The living rooms are huge so it makes up for it.

Great community with a friendly staff and fast maintenance! Never had any issues of theft or missing packages! Very quiet and easy going respectable neighborhood.

So far it has been well. The buildings are very clean and it is done daily. The leasing office and maintenance is very responsive and quick.

After living here for a year I have had a great experience. All my maintenance needs have been taken care of. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Almost no issues with neighbors. Room is very comfortable and good quality.

It’s been an amazing 1 year plus leaving at the Evergreens At Laurel. The staffs are amazing the environment is always clean and very safe as well. Every time I put in a request for any issues in my apartment, it is always resolved immediately and done in the best way possible. Safety which is my biggest concern in my life is the top priority for this community. It’s also smoke free which just makes it even better for me considering the fact that smoke of any kind suffocates me. I am very happy I picked this place and I’m gonna be here for a while. Almost two years and more to come ??

Staff in the leasing office were very helpful leading up to my move. The neighbors are nice. The gym seems like an underutilized resource that I would like to take advantage of. The apartment complex is clean. I'm loving it so far!

Although I’ve Just Moved In I Love It . Very Quiet Neighborhood My Apartment Was Very Clean Upon Arrival Would Definitely Recommend Here To Anyone.

The grounds are kept nice, the maintenance is very responsive. The only thing I have a bit of an issue with is people parking their second cars in the visitor spots and leave them there for weeks.

The parking situation is just annoying. It should at least be the number of people on the lease should get reserved parking. If there’s one person the lease with 3 different cars it’s not fair for those who wish to have closer parking to the door. Not enough visitors spots. Because people that live here park there. Our only amenities is the gym, free coffee and the computer. No social spaces for the community after hours like most apartments complexes have a quite room or just a place for residents can go to after office hours

I love it here! The staff is great and nice to work with. They often have events for us and I think that’s great. I have enjoyed my stay since I’ve moved here 2 years ago.

The group was really helpful and any issues they were right on it! Move in went great! Explained everything well! I definitely recommend this place

I just moved in recently but so far so good. Plenty of visitor parking and i like that the buildings have limited access. There is also plenty of resident parking. Seems to be pretty calm.

I had a great experience. Communication was the biggest part for me. They assisted with all my needs. They will make sure your living experience is a great one. I feel very safe at this location.
