The Evergreen Club has been a great place for me to live for 2 years now. Any issues I have are resolved respectfully and professionally. Most of the office staff know me by name. The maintenance crew will frequently greet me or offer to help me if they're just driving past me on the golf carts. It's a quiet location with well maintained grounds.

Staff is always courteous, and professional. I don't feel they are proactive when it comes to preventing maintenance issues. I've lived in the unit for 6 years, I've never had my washer or dryer replaced, or the hose replaced. My refrigerator is old, and should have been replaced. A resident that has lived on a property fir 4 or more years shoukd be offered updates to the unit without asking.

As a single person who can seldom be home to deal with any maintenance, repair, or service issues, the concierge level of handling those issues by Evergreen Club is really appreciated. The few times I request service, I know I will return home to an apartment that looks untouched and the issue resolved.

I really love my new apartment. It was clean and in very good condition. There were a couple of maintenance concerns and the maintenance team corrected them super fast. The office staff to include management have been so wonderful, courteous, and professional. The apartment is reasonably priced for this area. The area is quiet and in a good location. Nothing negative for me to say.

My experience at The Evergreen Club has been a breath of fresh air in an unfamiliar city. I spent a lot of time cleaning my first few days, but I have a lot of peace knowing I can come back to a safe, beautiful, homey, welcoming apartment. Evergreen Apts are affordable, in a great location, fifteen miles from the Beach, groceries are walking distance, nearby shopping, the Mall or Town Center is minutes away, and the leasing office employees are the best! Thee Best!

Average apartment for too much. But thats everywhere now. I love the area, proximity to my job, and that its quiet. Also moving sucks so ill probably resign my lease.

I really wanted to love it here! The whole staff is amazing, maintenance and management are incredibly quick & responsive, the location is convenient, and the apartments themselves are pretty well kept. However, my apartment had a few issues we were unable to get under control and I had to break my lease after 4 months. The staff did everything they could to help and they were so amazing throughout the whole thing. I can’t promise you won’t have any issues but I can promise the staff will do everything they can to help you if you do. Seemed to just be an issue with my particular building.

I highly suggest evergreen club apartments to anyone I know. The location is great, it is right down the street from the mall and just a short trip to river side as well as the beaches. The maintenance staff is amazing. The office staff has been mostly friendly the few times I have encountered with them. I have never had an issue paying rent. The apartment makes sure to keep up with lawn care and trash. Overall it is a great place to live.

A great quiet community in a good area of town. Screened-in porches are a bonus! The community is kept clean and I can appreciate the longevity of the tenants. It says something about a place.
