Distinctive and unique, it's easy to create your perfect space at Evan Arms. Pest control, trash service, lawn care, and 24-hour emergency maintenance are included with rent. Electric, gas, water, sewer, and internet and/or cable are paid separately. These units do not feature washer and dryer connections. There is a coin laundry room located at our Edgewood Terrace Apartments directly across the street for tenants to use. Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply.
