The manager was very kind and immediately resolved my problem by taking responsibility. Everything was resolved very quickly.

Parking is the biggest issue with this property. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds are spotless. The staff is very good and very attentive but parking is the worst I have ever experienced in my life

Close to shopping with friendly staff. Lots of trail access and animal friendly. Community is encouraged and I feel like the office communicates well.

We love living at Ethos! Residents for almost 5 years and the team managing and maintenance's are the best. Parking was an issue but now it is so much better. I highly recommend making Ethos your home.

However, Greystar has really convinced me that they are great property managers over the last couple of months. Tyler in the office is wonderful and always so helpful. Nasir, the maintenance manager, and his team, are amazing and super responsive. Even though the rent price is steep, I look forward to signing a new lease this next year with continued service excellence. Thank you Greystar!

Fantastic staff. They always want to help. They love dogs and always have treats. Couldnt be happier with my living situation.

Great maintenance guys at this apartment complex. Anytime I’ve had an issue they have been on top of it and respond immediately. Friendly, courteous and professional at all times.

Ethos is an amazing place with kind people and staff

Overall it’s a nice area & rooms are up to date. What I don’t like is the pool isn’t cleaned before it opens so it gets very dirty and during the hot weather they would shut it down every other day. The gym gets dirty for days & days until it’s cleaned. Parking is horrible, and it’s hard to get management to call you back on things you need. It’s a nice place but could do way better than it is.

Ethos is a very modern and clean apartment community well maintained and just enough off the busy street you don't hear traffic noise. There is a lot of walking trails to enjoy nature including a stroll to the green river yet still close to freeways making this complex sit on a great location. I've walked over to the coffee shop attached to the complex and the sushi restaurant.

We have lived here almost 3 years and simply love it. We are so very happy with greystar management team. The grounds are well taken care, the maintenance team is awesome. We would highly recommend Ethos.

Ethos was a place I enjoyed living in before Greystar took over. This management will not do anything but collect your rent check and then become a ghost team. They keep the areas and amenities clean. But other than that, good luck if you ever have an issue here. Management will not be available at all.

If you want to live somewhere that the office/management could care less about problems you have with neighbors who kick your door, bang on it, and try to open it when it’s locked and threaten violence. If you don’t mind packages constantly getting stolen off of your front doorstep. If you don’t mind your car being stolen in the middle of the day in a carport you pay for or having your kids scooter stolen off your porch while they are inside playing. If you don’t mind being threatened by the security they pay to “patrol”. If you don’t mind paying over 3k$ with utilities and don’t mind having to look over your shoulder when you walk to your car in the morning to make sure you don’t get jumped/robbed then this is the place for you! We have lived here since shortly after Ethos opened. Have always been good tenants, never had issues with neighbors, paid our rent on time and never caused unnecessary issues. After a recent conflict with a neighbor we went to the office upset and wanting some sort of resolution. We were told management (mark) would follow up with us the next business day. After no call, you go to the office to be told he is in a meeting you send an email only to have no one respond. Even living in the worst of areas on pacific highway for years, and apartment living my whole life I’ve never had these types of issues and an office staff that could literally care less. There are dozens of other apartments in this area. I would HIGHLY suggest going to any of them but this place. If you care about your safety, and your families safety this place isn’t it. After being here since 2019, the only person to ever live in our unit i cannot wait for our lease to be up. Please take this all into consideration before signing a lease.

They have no parking space. This place is not safe for your cars as they don’t have any parking space so we have to park outside. One day someone broke my car window so from that day i start to park my car inside the community as i always came late from my work so i never get any space and we if park somewhere they put no parking stickers on the car or sometimes towed your car. Last night some how i got one space to park my car and when i woke up in the morning and ready to go to work i saw someone has stolen everything from my car and when i talk to the management they said they can’t do anything as they have no cameras installed and cameras are expensive for them.

The floor plans are great and the community looks nice, but parking is horrendous! There have been a few times I've come home at night and thought I'd have to park at the golf course. When residents have to park on the sidewalks at night, you know its bad. This is when they only have 1 business (Musashi's) here, how is going to be if they can find more companies to come in? Soundproofing isn't that great either. Having hard floors in the living area is great, until you're living underneath someone else. Also, I called the management on June 2nd about buying a BBQ as I know each complex has their rules. I got the okay to purchase a propane BBQ for summer which was awesome, but I had to drag it away from the porch for safety--no issue there. Not even ONE month later, I go to sign my renewal and they've changed to rules to prohibit the use and storage of open flame grills. Talk about a bait and switch! If I was told "No" initially, there wouldn't be an issue, but now...?! What am I going to do, find a new rental in the next 10 days?
