My move-in experience was more than anything I had hoped for. Kathy and David were both amazing and they made my move in experience a very smooth and swift transition. There customer service was one of a kind and they did more then just answer all of my questions and concerns, they tended to my every need. I definitely feel as though they deserve a lot recognition for there superb work effort and I highly recommend everyone to give these apartments a try.
I've lived my apartment for a year, I've had no serious problems and when there was a concern the was handled in a swift and professional manner.

I’ve lived at Esteban Park for about a month now and I love it here. The apartment is very spacious and feels like a small home rather than an apartment. The grounds are very well kept and are near shopping centers and a beautiful park is right next door. The community is friendly with children openly playing in the courtyard each night which is lovely to see.

No parking, lots of theft with the cars in the parking lot even though it’s a gated community (car has been broken into twice and my tire has been stolen). Not quiet, constantly here noise from the park next door and the homes in the surrounding areas. Smoke alarms go off all the time randomly throughout the night. Far distance from everything besides the airport. I do love my apartment itself though, nice, spacious, and clean.. but unfortunately that isn’t enough to make me stay. Not worth the money.

It's an extremely loud community. Kids and dogs everywhere. Some neighbors are great but most have no respect or common sense, especially when it comes to their dogs. Maintenance is pretty great. Leasing staff are nice. Keep your belongings locked up and don't leave anything of value in your car!

Office personnel seem overwhelmed with their workload and tend to neglect tenants and shift focus to new residences first. Also, they tend to be out of the office for hours at a time, and more than half the time I call nobody answers. Every other aspect of my experience is great but dealing with office and maintenance personnel is a nightmare.

We enjoyed working with the staff to start off our experience by picking an apartment that we loved. When we moved in, the entire apartment had been cleaned and looked like no one had lived in it before. There were friendly neighbors and staff that always made me feel welcome and helped us when there were any problems. Yazmine and Sara were always so helpful and made sure anything we needed was done in a timely manner! The amenities are great and we loved using the pool. I have a golden retriever and loved how dog friendly the location was. We would go meet up with all of our friendly neighbors at the dog park so he could play with some other pups! Great experience overall and recommend it to everyone!

This is such a beautiful property! I had a great time living here! The staff was so polite and full of energy! The amenities here are great and the staff really makes this place amazing! The best part is they are upgrading the community! Definitely, a great place to consider if you can afford it!

I have been living at Esteban Park for over a year. The staff here is absolutely amazing. The office staff are wonderful people, and they make it an absolute joy to live here! Every time I have an issue (hardly ever) they are so helpful and truly care about me and my family. The staff is so great with helping me with whatever I need. Also, the maintenance guys are always a pleasure to see around the property. They are also extremely helpful and friendly. This really is the best apartment complex and I feel very blessed to live here!

A great property to live at and it truly feels like a small community! The staff is incredible all the way from the leasing team to our two maintenance folks! They're always responsive and help us with anything we need. It's a beautiful community and close to everything! Would definitely recommend if you're able to afford the price.

We moved in here in 2019 and I have to say that the office staff, especially the manager are absolutely fantastic humans! They are always so warm and welcoming, they remember my name, and they make this place what it is. Service requests are almost always done same day unless they have to order something. I can’t speak highly enough of Esteban Park! I will be here until I buy another home!

We initially went to tour in December and were greeted by the awesome office staff. We were in the market for a 3-bedroom floor plan and one just so happened to become available within our moving time frame that day! The office staff was so kind and helpful throughout the ENTIRE process. They answered any and all questions quickly, and reached out to make sure that we stayed up to date at all steps of the move-in process. The level of communication and transparency was refreshing to say the very least. The apartment community is very clean, a super convenient location, and has great amenities. So excited for our new home!

I have been living here for 2 years and honestly, I love it, the commute to everything is right where I like it. The office staff and the maintenance are all great. If anything ever needs fixing they jump right on it. I feel they are more of a family environment here compared to other communities. The pool is nice, they have pretty plants throughout the community, and the park next to the community is the best part about this place!! I honestly love it here and possibly considering a three-bedroom soon!

This is one of the nicest apartment complexes Ive ever lived in! The apartment has tons of storage space and we love the large kitchen and roomy counters/kitchen island, big bedrooms. Great courtyard, pool and hot tub, great amenities, and super pet friendly! All my interactions with maintenance staff and admin have been very pleasant and accommodating.

For the most part Esteban Park apartments are nice. The outside is kept up really well and management is accommodating to comments, requests. My biggest complaint is the constant broken gate allowing anyone to come on the premises at will.

I have enjoyed being apart of the community for 2 years and feel like everything is well managed from the front office to maintenance requests as well as the landscaping. It's next to a park which is great but that comes with more pests than normal and the parking is sparse.

I have lived here for going on 2 years now and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, you get a lot for your money here well worth it. The apartments are maintained beautifully the staff are excellent people. The manager is fantastic, maintenance is always right there to fix whatever needs to be fixed. I love this place.

This is such a wonderful place to call home. I've lived here for 5 years & sill love it just as much as the day I moved in. Not only is it a great location & not only are the apartments especially nice no matter what size you may need but the thing that will seal the deal is the staff's hospitality. I have a small dog & there was a time while walking him I needed to run into the office for something. Not wanting to make 2 trips I came in prepared to apologize for having to bring my dog in but the staff welcomes my dog w/ the same enthusiasm as they welcome me. They always call me, my family & even our dog by name proving to me they weren't just wanting to make money by moving us in & then forgetting about us. Our family including our dog are always welcome in the office. They welcome any questions I may have & they go above & beyond every time. If for some reason they don't know the answer to my question they aren't afraid to admit it but they don't stop there. They find the answer no mater how small or large & always follow up to get me the answer. Thank you

The apartment community so far is great! The property is well maintained, the staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. At move in there were some minor issues, that were quickly addressed and resolved as soon as I brought them up to there attention. Thank you.

This is a great community. Its so conveniently located & the community management is great. The floor plan is what made me steer for this community, but I have been pleased with everything since moving here.
