I have resided in this community since 1998.. for the past 27 years I have seen many changes from within and still managed to raise my family here... the location has convenient access to Franklin and Fairfield County amenities... quiet neighborhood... "Tenure" speaks for itself
I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and I love it. Pretty quiet and I love the amenities it comes with.
I have loved living here so far. Its clean and calm. Maintenance dudes rock. A lot of things extra the offer. Its perfect for my family
I have been here since October 2020 and I have had no issues with the unit or neighborhood. I really like the trash valet service that comes in handy. Really like how there is a washer and dryer in the unit and they work perfectly. I like how all stores are close by and best of all Uber Eats and Door Dash has found my unit easy without issues.
Ive never had a problem that the haven't been able to solve in a couple days or less. of not the same day. Amazing
I have lived here for almost 14 years, that in itself says a lot I have had some really good neighbors and anytime I have needed anything the office staff have been courteous. Liz is great and has been here as long as I can remember, which is good. It's nice when their is some consistency. Thank you all for keeping the community great. Jennifer M.
The apartment was clean when I moved in and the staff was very accommodating and apologetic when things did not go as planned and they kept me in the loop in time for me to move in
I moved here in May 2020. Marcus was amazing and addressed any concerns I had. I moved in about a 2 week span and they were efficient and courteous throughout the whole process. The complex is quiet and relaxing.
This apartment complex is the loudest place I've ever lived. If you live on the first floor you can hear every noise and footstep of the people above you, especially if they have children. If they're jumping or running, it shakes the apartment and makes the windows rattle. Floors and walls are very thin. The AC/Heating is never working properly and every room is a different temperature and changes drastically from morning to evening. Even after we had maintenance "fix" it. People are constantly driving through in the middle of the night blasting their music, 3am to be exact, or shooting off fireworks! When a family that lived above us moved out, they began renovating that apartment. The workers were working up until 11pm on a week night, banging away and it was incredibly loud! We explained that we had a 5 month old baby trying to sleep and we were too, but they said they need to continue to work for a half hour more! We should have taken it as a sign not to move here when they forgot about us in the application process even though I called and emailed them several times to keep in the loop. Their communication is extremely poor and some staff seem to have no clue what's going on.
Do not move in here. I have lived here for about a year and from day one have had issues. The day we moved in we started seeing roaches. We contacted the management each time but they are no help. They will come out and spray but the roaches are back the very next day. They say that are doing all they can but this is ridiculous. The people in the office are rude and will never call you back and basically talk down to you. Stay far away from this place.

I recently moved to estates at Brentwood lakes... The staff is courteous the always greet you with a smile and take the time to know you by name... Leaving after 3 years. I honestly love living here, the best rest for such an open floor plan. I have pros & cons, but you will have that everywhere you live. It seems the interiors were updated very nice after I moved in. I would probably not ever leave if I lived in the ones photoed on the website because they are gorgeous. Not a fan of the new energy efficient facets, as barely any water comes out now, speed bumps are vicious, & maintenance does take a very long to time come fix things . But valet trash is amazing, & overall an amazing place to live & they just keep improving the complex.

Estates at Brentwood Lake is a great place to live, I have lived here for about 12 years and I love the space. They always have fun things for the community and it is fairly quiet!

Have not had a working dryer since March 20th. Electric bill is doubled the past few months. Stopped in office, only get excuses about how AC repairs are more important. Still expected to pay rent on time every month regardless. Do not rent here. Manager will not talk to you or try to help. VERY UNDERSTAFFED MAINTENANCE WISE. Wish I would've trusted previous reviews before moving in!!!
I will say the mangement team is amazing. They we’re kind and helped me with any concerns or issues. I been here since mid 2016 and the neighbors .... WOW !!! Horrible!!!! There is trash EVERYWHERE these people take 0 pride in where they call home. Alot of different cars that speed through the neighborhood which I was almost hit TWICE !!!. The complex was nice enough to have trash be taken out at 9pm since it’s in the front of the complex and people still leave trash outside, the middle of the street in the walk way just I’m honestly shocked. Pls drive around and do your research. But GREAT JOB BRENTWOOD STAFF (:

I love the apartment. All apt here are 2 bedroom the only difference is the bathroom. I rented the apt with the larger tub sizes. The rent I paid was $745 a month. They use a program that averages the price for the apt. So not everyone is priced at the same. My neighbor says she has lived here for 5 years, but she started out paying $550 a month and it has raised to $800 for her and no additional features were added. Yes, washer and dryer included is amazing and no water bill as of now. The electric bill makes up for it. around 130/150 a month. Also, rent a top floor. The people who live above you do not care if their children are bouncing a basket ball, screaming, stomping at all hours and needing to report them 24-7. Same goes for adults. They will tell you that they are not on your schedule and this is not only at my apt but the others around me. There is a pool. I still have not touch it since living here. So get all the facts up front.

Great view a lot of water around , very quiet pool in the front park /soccer field in the back !
From the very beginning when I applied for the two bedroom One and a half bath I was very excited . The people in the office were very professional , friendly and helpful as I looked at the model I became more and more anxious to move in! as you walk in you see your dining area which is about 10 by 7 ft.² across from that you have your very first bedroom which is A decent size 11 by 11 ft.² a decent size closet with sliding doors, an amazing' size kitchen 11 by 9 ft.² and you're living area directly across from kitchen which is about 14 by 15 ft.² as you go on to the back of the apartment you see 1/2 bath . Continuing on you have your master bedroom which turns out to be very spacious 14 by 13 ft.² with a huge walk-in closet . At the back of the apartment you have your full bath and because I have gotten the upgrade my tub is A huge oval shape . while in the full Bath there is a doorway to your utility room . Throughout the apartment you have wooden material floors except in the bedrooms and in some living room areas all depending on which style you choose . I personally believe wooden floors are better because it makes it so much easier to clean . A very spacious apartment 98 7 ft.² comes with all utilities it is all electric in my favorite part a full-size washer dryer included . Amazing neighbors you also have two kids parks and a swimming area as well as gym membership available . An amazing apartment all for $695 monthly which is very well spent I may even consider re-signing my lease . If you are looking for a nice quiet environment nice neighbors Spaces living area I would very much consider Brentwood lake apartments. ??
This is my first apartment and i love it! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable! The complex is clean and very inviting! they are quick to fix any problems we may have at the apartment! They also have community events which is awesome!!
I love the apartment I live in for many reasons. It has everything I need. For starters it has a perfect layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a washer and dryer that saves me from having to go to the laundry mat. Being a busy single mom I don't have a lot of extra time to fix things that break or to shovel snow. Luckily my apartment complex has the best maintenance guy! "Dave" If anything breaks from the A/C unit to the sinks being clogged he's there to fix as soon as humanly possible. Stairs and walkways are always shoveled and salted. When it's time to relax with my amazing daughter we get to enjoy the cutest pool with our neighbors next to a duck pond. If we are in the mood for a movie, shopping or eating out, it is a 5 min. drive! We also have a beautiful walking trail 2 mins. from our apartment. We get to walk next to a river and see deer grazing and bunnies hopping around at night. If we feel like staying around home we have on-site BBQ grills, picnic tables and a fun playground with a big grass area to fly kites or play soccer. Life doesn't get much better than that! Oh wait did I forget to mention the rent here is the lowest around and offers the most for the price and it happens to be in one of the best school districts! All of these reasons and many more are why I love my apartment! I have lived here now for three years and plan on staying many more!
