Esperanza Duarte Station was welcoming and supportive at a time when my life had literally fallen apart. The stress of surviving the Eaton Fire and figuring out how and where to begin pulling my life together was heavy. The staff support and compassion as I walked in with the close on my back and a rental car because I lost everything (house and car) in the fire. You will forever be the best part of my survival journey because you were the first step towards recovery.

Clean and shiny. But underneath the hood it's a mess-- equipment continually fails, from locks to gates to the EV chargers. And the mail area is constantly overflowing with packages and I've even had a package stolen.

The community overall is nice and of course so many beautiful dogs. The main reason my wife and I enjoy living here is the Office Staff, they are friendly with smiles on their faces’, we feel they know us, and are always there to help us. My wife and I are victims of the Eaton Canyon fire, Letty and the other staff have helped us feel comfortable in our new home during this difficult time.

Since I moved in a month ago. Michelle & Randy have been extremely helpful with the move in process to finalizing it and ALL questions that I had. The grounds are amazing and I can’t find any problems. A few months ago I didn’t qualify for the last loft that they had but when I came back and then was qualified the loft was still available, so needless to say I will be here awhile. I would definitely recommend to anyone else.

Overall I love my apartment and community here in Esperanza. The application process was not easy nor fun. Which was the downside of moving in on top of being on a long waitlist of parking spaces. But overall I am happy with all the amenities and cleanliness this place has to offer.

Esperanza at Duarte is an amazing work of architecture, interior design, and overall beautiful building. The leasing and maintenance staff are awesome, and the surrounding area is peaceful with great views of the mountains; I love living here.

This place is a dream come true! So in-love with my apartment. I was looking for a safe place for my baby and I, however, I also wanted a place that gives the “high-class hotel feels”: a secured/gated parking, keys to every amenity, security and approachable staff to address any questions and concerns. This place is very well designed— the details, very modern/homey, ample of areas to relax or work in…every part of this place makes one want to stay in. The location is quiet and very convenient, only minutes away from markets and restaurants, even hospitals. The view of the mountains is a plus. The amenities passed the staycation vibe check! Thanks Esperanza for giving us a taste of luxurious living in the burbs.

Esperanza at Duarte is one of the better suburban apartments in the Los Angeles area. It is conveniently located to stores that are popularly frequented such as Target, Best Buy, Home Depot, Trader Joes, Costco, various car dealerships, and gyms. The complex provides great amenities, such as a fully equipped gym, heated pool, barbeque area, and dog park. The apartments themselves are state-of-the-art, equipped with the latest appliances and technology, and have plenty of storage.

Esperanza at duarte Station is a beautiful apartment complex/community. It is located near some good restaurants, stores, freeways, parks, not too far from a nice mall, etc. Looks and location are great. Amenities are excellent but apartments are a little on the small side which It works but I wish it was a little bigger since we do live in the apartments and not in the Amenities. But overall the place is nice, clean and brand new. Staff is very friendly and do a great job.

It’s a nice apartment and staff are friendly. However, the apartment is not ready to move-in. Not all elevators were working and they didn’t prepare our keys and parking permits. It was so difficult to move-in.
