Renewed 3 times already. Very attentive staff both in office and maintenance. Place is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Pool is always kept up with. Gym is good (could use a little attention) and would be nice if there was a stair master

The entire move in experience was fast, easy, and very comfortable. The community is secluded and gated, giving me an extra feeling of security. Rent prices will always be wacky in general, but the quote I was given was well within my price range without overextending myself. This also includes the cost of renting a washer and dryer for an extra fee, which I opted to do. My unit was clean and ready upon move in, with appliances all in working order. My pets were welcomed on the property and the fees to bring them in, were a little high comparatively, but not outrageous so it wasn't a deal breaker. I can't wait to experience everything that's here and enjoy my time in my new place.

Honestly can’t complain about here, I’m new to Texas and almost everywhere I’ve looked was overpriced roach infested hole in the walls in awful parts of town… This place is beautiful along with the location and its quiet!! the neighbors are always so friendly, we love that Escalante keeps up with the community we get so excited when they host food trucks or little events at the front office. The apartments have so much space and open lighting, the pool/gym are great amenities my family and I love! CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING IT IS THAT THEY KEEP UP WITH PEST CONTROL OMG!! Maintenance Is fabulous also imo (:

I love the apartment and we have some pretty great neighbors. I do wish there was a safer alternative to having to walk in the parking lot, like having more (and continuous) sidewalks as my family likes to go for walks or take the kids out. The maintenance are pretty on top of things and always super friendly. It would be awesome to have a small playground as well but I’m not complaining as we do have a good park down the street. I think my only complaint is having to use a phone app to open the gate. Key fobs are much safer and less distracting while trying to drive, and take less time than sitting at the gate to unlock phone and attempting to use the app that doesn’t even work half the time, especially when there are people waiting behind you.

I’ve lived here for, I believe, around five years now and I still absolutely love this place! The view is nice and the maintenance is wonderful—as are everyone in the office. I’ve been living here for a little over 5 months, and there isn't one bad thing I can say. Sure, the apartment isn’t perfect, and some things could definitely be improved, but that's true for every apartment. Overall, the people are great, and I feel very safe living here. This apartment complex has become my biggest headache. The wheels on your cars WILL get stolen. There have been 3 vehicles with all 4 wheels stolen and all the office has to say is that “your the first this has happened to”. No advice offered or plan of action on their part when this complex has had a history of the front gate being repeatedly broken, same gate access code for the last 3 years, and at one point our mail was being stolen from the mailboxes as well.

I have been at Escalante Apartments since August of 2023. The location is great. Neighbors are respectful. It is a gated complex with a pool and fitness room. Pet friendly, but some of the dog owners are not great about picking up after them. Management has been great about responding to concerns and maintenance requests.

They're alot of maintenance issues that need to happen to the apartment that needs to be fixed. And finding worms in the apartment and a/c is thrown out water everytime use for cold air. And since moved in the window screen all bent and broken so can't open anything windows. Moved in since November we are in January.

This is a really nice, safe and quiet community. My unit is dated, but well maintained. Maintenance are really professional and everyone has been welcoming. A few minor issues with my unit, but they're getting resolved. The proximity to everything makes this a great location. I do highly recommend these apartments.

Located in Friendly and quiet neighborhood. Clean and very nature environment. Well maintained landscape. Responsive to maintenance needs. Apartments are large and comfortable. Again with the parking. Please revisit this issue. Every time I have to unload or load something I have to park in front of the building load/unload then drive all the up and around the hill to get to my parking spot. Then walk all the way back to my apartment. It makes absolutely no sense at all and it’s the WORST inconvenience!

For the most part I have enjoyed living here. The management at the moment don't seem to take things serious or act with any urgency to get things done. I feel they need to walk around all parts or the property sometime to see what is really going on.

Quiet complex and very pet friendly. The maintenance staff is always working hard. Front office staff is very friendly. The apartment itself is very nice.

Criminal Activity, lazy dog owners (some, not all) who don’t pick up their dogs poop. At least management is communicative for the most part. Maintenance guys are absolutely amazing!

We enjoyed the smooth move in process and the specials Rscalante was offering. We love the area and so far it’s been so peaceful. We have enjoyed the pool and we loved how nice other families are while we shared the pool and space. Maintenance has been awesome as well! The only reason we put 4 stars is the roach issue (we never had roaches before so we are really trying to tackle as we noticed they come from the vents and laundry area) that is being worked on and how the cleaning company failed to clean the kitchen before move in. Other than that the 2 out of the office staff are so nice!

Great area to live in. I am going on 3 years living at the Escalante Apartments. Maintenance is great, leasing office has changed quite a bit since I first started. Katherine was amazing, but is no longer there! Totally different staff now.

When it comes to noise and neighbors keeping to themselves, this place is fantastic. But keep in mind it is an older building. The A/C gives out once in awhile and the amenities are not as great. However, the leasing office is very professional and the maintenance crew does their best and is very responsive.
