Building owners don't look after tenants

Once you have moved in the management will ignore all your maintenance request. Emails, phone calls and tenant portal messages are all ignored and in some cases will be marked as resolved after a certain amount of time without ever contacting the tenant. These buildings are falling apart. Why do you think they are offering the first month free? Beware of these building owners!
