The Patton

This single-floor communal space is designed with an urban-industrial aesthetic, combining raw materials with warm, eclectic furnishings to create a versatile social environment. Polished concrete floors extend throughout, providing a cohesive foundation beneath distinct activity zones. The lounge area anchors one side of the space, featuring a striking reclaimed wood plank accent wall adorned with dual flat-screen televisions. Seating here includes a plaid upholstered sofa, wingback chairs, and a tufted bench arranged around a central coffee table, all bathed in natural light from large windows overlooking an outdoor courtyard. An architectural chandelier adds a mid-century modern touch overhead. Adjacent to the lounge, a generously sized dining area accommodates a long wooden table surrounded by leather and metal chairs, illuminated by a statement cluster pendant light. Plaid drapes frame the windows, softening the industrial palette. A shuffleboard table and foosball table provide additional recreational options within the open layout. The entry zone features warm wood-paneled walls with pendant lighting, a small bar or service counter, and open sightlines across the entire space.
