Mi novio y yo vivimos aquí desde 2021-2022. Era la primera vez que vivíamos solos y el precio del alquiler era mejor que otros. Sin embargo, cuando llegó el Día del Trabajo en 2022, el agua se atascó y nuestro baño de abajo inundó las aguas residuales por toda nuestra sala de estar. A nosotros también nos pasó a 3 unidades. Llamamos y suplicamos ayuda todo el fin de semana y nadie vino. Tuvimos que quedarnos en hoteles porque no podíamos respirar ni vivir allí. Nos dejaron salir del contrato de arrendamiento pero no nos reembolsaron los costos del hotel. El hecho de que la inundación comenzó el viernes por la tarde y nadie respondió hasta el MARTES. ¡Tan pronto como pudimos salir nos fuimos! Además, mi auto fue asaltado 3 veces al igual que mis vecinos mientras vivían aquí. ¡No lo hagas!
Es un apartamento adecuado para alojarse en . Pero cuando te mudas, se convierten en mentiras/daños innecesarios, que es la norma de desgaste durante una estancia de 2 años.
