A dedicated strength and functional training area anchors one end of the gym, complete with a turf strip ideal for sled pushes, dumbbell work, and dynamic movements. Adjustable benches, a tiered dumbbell rack, cable machines, and a multi-functional rig with suspension trainers and battle ropes round out this zone. A punching bag and additional functional accessories are also available.
