Hampton House is located in the quiet, Woodley Park neighborhood of Washington, D.C. Hampton House is a historical building complete with an old world European lobby adorned with chandeliers, murals, and plastered walls. This grand building offers seven floors of modernized efficiencies, one, and two bedroom apartments with a variety of floor plans from which to choose. Each apartment has high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors and plenty of closet space. Hampton House was designed and built by the famous architect, Harry Wardman. Hampton House is directly across from the Woodley Park/Adams Morgan Metro Rail Station elevator and three blocks south of the National Zoo. Hampton House provides easy access to the Washington Metropolitan Area, all government buildings, museums, and universities, via the Red Line Metro Rail and Metro Bus service. And, only one block from an array of restaurants, a small grocery store, a dry cleaner, a CVS pharmacy, and much more. Shapiro & Company Property Management, LLC is a family owned and operated company that has proudly served Washington for over 50 years. Offering three apartment buildings located in the Woodley Park area, two of which are registered with the National Historical Society, and another building located in the Glover Park area. The Shapiro & Company Property Management, LLC Rental Office is located on the lower level of the Hampton House building, and is open from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Shapiro & Company Property Management, LLC will not refuse to rent a rental unit to a person because the person will provide the rental payment, in whole or in part, through a voucher for rental housing assistance provided by the District or federal government.
