Hemos vivido aquí felizmente desde 2021 y hemos disfrutado mucho del ambiente acogedor y la ubicación conveniente. La cercanía a las principales autopistas y negocios facilita los desplazamientos, y a pesar de estar cerca de Medical Row, es sorprendentemente tranquilo. El equipo de administración y el personal de oficina son amables y serviciales, lo que crea un ambiente acogedor. Sin embargo, la mayor desventaja es la disponibilidad de mantenimiento y la demora en responder a las solicitudes. El mantenimiento está saturado y se extiende a varias propiedades. Si bien las reparaciones menores se gestionan con bastante rapidez, los problemas más importantes, como la sustitución de electrodomésticos, tienden a ignorarse. Llevamos tres años solicitando un lavavajillas nuevo debido a las constantes fugas y el bajo rendimiento, pero, por desgracia, esta solicitud ha sido denegada repetidamente. En general, es un lugar agradable para vivir, pero los propietarios deberían invertir más en personal de mantenimiento y en mayor capacidad de respuesta.
Mi esposa y yo nos mudamos a principios de 2024 y ha sido genial. El personal de mantenimiento siempre está al tanto de todo y el administrador de la propiedad ha sido extremadamente servicial todo el tiempo.
Un lugar agradable para vivir. Es tranquilo y la gerente siempre hace todo lo posible para que tengas lo que necesitas cuando lo necesitas. Si tienes un problema con el aire acondicionado, tendrás una unidad de ventana o portátil hasta que puedan solucionarlo, así que al menos no pasas CALOR. Pero puede llevar un tiempo que eso suceda. Sin embargo, en general, es un lugar agradable y asequible para vivir.
