Each apartment has its own fenced yard, perfect for a dog, and share the front yard with picnic table. This great location is just a couple blocks from the CU campus and has easy access to Downtown Boulder/Pearl Street and the 29th Street Mall. 877 18th has the living room just inside the front door, with kitchen behind. The bedrooms and bathroom are in the back of the unit. Newer/large windows let in a lot of natural light. There are two assigned parking spaces off the alley for each unit. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and hook-ups for laundry. The previous tenant is looking to sell the washer/dryer that are currently in the apartment. Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 dog deposit.
