Brent is a leading force in the new construction market, having represented iconic developments across every quadrant of the city—from Cleveland Park to Capitol Hill. His ability to set price records for sellers is well established, with benchmarks reached in numerous buildings, blocks, and neighborhoods throughout the District. Originally from West Virginia, Brent earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration with a focus in finance from West Virginia University.
