Potomac Metro Station is located around the corner from the property and the Eastern Market metro station is about 5 blocks away at the Eastern Market. This property is located in walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops! 8th St SE has a bustling food scene (Rose's Luxury, Pineapple & Pearls) and a couple of local favorites (District Doughnut, Ted's Bulletin).
