The kitchen/living/dining (great room) area features a cathedral ceiling and wood burning fireplace. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are separated from the primary bedroom by the great room for privacy. The large primary bedroom has a bathroom and walk-in closet. There are new ceiling fan/lights in every room and new pendant lights in the foyer and dining areas. House is wired for a burglar alarm, just needs your preferred alarm installed. The sliding glass doors lead from the dining area to a large, fenced back yard with a patio, shade tree and fenced dog run area. Front yard is fully landscaped with mature plants and grass. Copy of a photo Identification (State Issued Identification / Driver's License / Passport) 2. Copy of a SSN card (or number) 3. Copy of a month of paychecks 4. Copy of three months of banking records for savings and checking accounts 5.
