The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen in which you can easily prepare your favorite, delicious meals. Its space and modern amenities are much more than you would expect from a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. Comes with 1 garage parking nearby. Additional parking spots may be near the property or street. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $20 per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats and dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. No parties or events or gatherings. There are cameras above the door and noise detectors in the house. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed, no exceptions. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys: $500. Depending on our cleaning schedule, we may be able to accommodate early check-in or check-out at a fee of $35 for the first 2 hours. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee, no exceptions. Please be aware that we conduct regular pest control at the property to ensure a comfortable stay. However, due to seasonal changes and the hot summer heat, you may occasionally notice a few small bugs, such as ants, but not limited to ants. This is completely normal, and we will address any issues promptly.
