If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. There is a $20 damage protection fee charged after booking confirmation. Early check-ins are not guaranteed and must be approved. Late checkouts without approval will result in a charge for the next night's stay. Pool hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. The linen and towels are always freshly laundered between every guest visit. The public pool may sometimes be closed for regular cleanings.
